Both fake. And Ebay doesn't "allow" it, they just don't have the thousand or so people it would take to authenticate every purse, keychain, polo shirt, computer, golf club, baseball card, diamond ring, or pair of jeans or Air Jordans that someone wants to list on Ebay. Fakes can't get removed until someone reports them and the Verified Rights Owner or approved qualified expert for that manufacturer agrees that the item is fake.

The item is fake and you can point her right to Coach's website to prove it. None of their bangles ever have textured insides OR "Coach" in colored enamel.

Did you pay with Paypal? Whatever payment system you used, hopefully there's a way to file a claim through them when the item you get isn't what it was supposed to be.

And the seller probably KNOWS she duped you, most fakes sellers do.

Hi all. Could I get your expert help to see if this bag is authentic? The ebay auction number is 350049207690.

Unlike the other bags I got from ebay, this one doesn't have the "target" mark indicating it's from the Factory outlet. The creed's a bit puffy in between words too I thought.

Any help is much appreciated! TIA!

Hey ladies! I'm buying this one from a private seller today. I matched the fabric, the colors, the style. Can anyone give me the number on the creed for this bag? I just want to make sure I got it right! Also - can you verify the style for me?

Asked seller to provide any tag info (picture of hat already looks questionable) and this is their reply:

I will be out of time for the next few days, I only sell authentic coach, check my feedback.

I asked why they wouldn't provide info so I can validate their authenticity and was told to not bid on their auctions. LOL, I told them to block me so I don't ever send them any money!

Can you let us know what you decide to do? I want to report the seller's auctions but as soon as Ebay removes them you won't have the links in the auction to refer to. I need you to print out a copy of the auction, or right-click and save the entire page to your computer (don't just Bookmark or save it to Favorites or it will disappear when Ebay pulls the listings). That sleazeball will just keep listing those fakes until Ebay stops him.

Yes I would tell him you are going to file snad. Then he will want to refund the item more than likely, without giving your shipping back. Which might be fine to avoid the wait. You can file both BUT you must do the snad 1st! Then close it if your tired of waiting. THEN after closing the paypal dispute you can do the credit card filing. But if both at the same time you will indeed screw yourself. Paypal takes I think 45 days or some bull(if the seller dont comply). The advantage of the paypal dispute or just the threatening of it is the seller usually reacts to it faster. Therefore you get your money faster too.:p

I told him I would file and he hasn't responded so I went ahead and did it, I think I am going to elevate it past the dispute process so I can get my money back faster. He did offer a return but only if it was in the same condition as it was when he sent it and it is obvious that it isn't because it cracked. So he is just being a butt.:supacool:
