I received an answer from the seller:

You have no idea what your talking about, and have no ground to make such slanderous statements. I obtained these from a reputable dealer. I obtain good prices by buying several at one time. I pass these savings onto my buyers.
These came with the appropriate docs, which I also pass along with the item. The same docs that I identified in the photo in the auction.
If you are not happy with the product, it can be returned, assuming it is in the same condition as it was received by you, but I will only refund the cost of the item, not the shipping costs.
I hope that clarifies where I stand on what I sell.
Thank You

Did you pay with paypal? If so tell the seller you will file a not significantly as described dispute with paypal. Paypal sides with the buyer 99.9% of the time. Fake or not. Just tell them you recieved it in poor condition. Any reason will do. As long as it wasnt described as such. If its a real fake he should fold easily. I have purchased fake coins before and Im sure to test them(with the signifcantly not as described filing). And if he doesnt fold. Go ahead and file it(dispute the sale at paypal). I bet he does then. He will even pay your shipping (that you paid HIM). Thats how it works with paypal. They refund ALL MONIES PAID to the SELLER. You will have to ship it back though. Send rocks LOL. Get delivery confirmation. Signature if over 250.
Now will someone read MY question above and respond. My wife wants this wallet.

hi second go..hope i am attaching it correctly.thanks in advance for any help

Good pictures, Cenise, thanks!

It looks like the alignment along the center seam in the first photo is a bit off, but some of our Signature experts really need to take a look. I've seen bags at the Factory stores with more messed-up seams than that and it seems to be a common problem on bags with rounded bottoms - it's probably harder to align the pattern. The rest of it looks ok to me but I'm not at all familiar with that style bag.

I agree with Hyacinth. It looks fine to me.

Hello,
Does anyone know if the bleecker wallet 40892 that doesnt have the checkbook ever come in silver or not. It seems like I seen one some time ago but cant find it anymore. Looked at coach site dillards nordstrom etc. No platinum. Am I going crazy. I could have swore I seen it before. I even checked ebay no luck. Ive seen it in saddle wine and teal. But Im looking for the platinium leather front and inside.

I don't know if it ever came in platinum. You may want to ask in the main Coach forum.

Hi,
Can anyone authenticate this coach chelsea laced satchel? Here is a link to the auction. This seller is selling what looks to be a fake Chloe so I am leary about this auction/seller which I have already won...stupid me. I am praying I did not get scammed...:crybaby:TIA
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=130208102691

I don't see anything off about this, but it would have been good to see a picture of the creed. Which Chloe looked fake?

I agre, file a SNAD claim with Paypal immediately, or better yet, if you paid with Paypal through a credit card, contact your credit card company and dispute the claim on the grounds of the item being counterfeit. DON'T do both though, or neither PP or your CC company will accept your claim. The Credit card route will be much quicker and less aggravating.

Can you let us know what you decide to do? I want to report the seller's auctions but as soon as Ebay removes them you won't have the links in the auction to refer to. I need you to print out a copy of the auction, or right-click and save the entire page to your computer (don't just Bookmark or save it to Favorites or it will disappear when Ebay pulls the listings). That sleazeball will just keep listing those fakes until Ebay stops him.

Here's the instructions if you decide to file a Paypal claim;

The item is not only defective, but fake, and doesn't match Coach's photo of that item:

Hi,

This is my first post. Am wondering if this pink sig tote/diaper bag is authentic. There seem to be quite of few of these on offer.

NEW COACH PINK SIGNATURE TOTE DIAPER BAG 11666 NWT NR (#160240439708)

Thanks for your response.

Frothymargarita

Looks ok to me, though I'd like to see a clearer picture of the creed. I'm not sure why the seller is describing this as a diaper bag. It's not really a diaper bag (though I guess you could use any bag as a "diaper bag" if you wanted to!)

So, what does everyone think about these? I am pretty confident that these are fake, as my sister in law bought one about a year ago off of ebay. The strap broke and she took it to Coach to send it in to be repaired and they told her it was definitely a fake. They said this style was never made in the black/gray color. Any thoughts? Could the Coach SA have been wrong? If this style is fake, why does ebay continue to allow these bags to be sold?

If I'm remembering correctlly, there's a certain time period you have to wait before escalating a Dispute to a Claim, so check Paypal's rules and follow them exactly or they'll deny your claim. What I've done is go into all the details of why something's fake in my first letter to the seller that Paypal requires you to send when you first file a Dispute, because Paypal gets a copy AND to show the seller that you know and can prove why his item is fake. Give him the minimum time to reply and then smack him with the full dispute.

In the meantime, DON'T contact the seller. It's in Paypal's hands now. Once you file with Paypal, even if the seller asks you to send the item back, don't do it unless Paypal tells you to, and always get signed Delivery Confirmation for anything you send back, signed by the seller.
