Did you pay with paypal? If so tell the seller you will file a not significantly as described dispute with paypal. Paypal sides with the buyer 99.9% of the time. Fake or not. Just tell them you recieved it in poor condition. Any reason will do. As long as it wasnt described as such. If its a real fake he should fold easily. I have purchased fake coins before and Im sure to test them(with the signifcantly not as described filing). And if he doesnt fold. Go ahead and file it(dispute the sale at paypal). I bet he does then. He will even pay your shipping (that you paid HIM). Thats how it works with paypal. They refund ALL MONIES PAID to the SELLER. You will have to ship it back though. Send rocks LOL. Get delivery confirmation. Signature if over 250.I received an answer from the seller:
You have no idea what your talking about, and have no ground to make such slanderous statements. I obtained these from a reputable dealer. I obtain good prices by buying several at one time. I pass these savings onto my buyers.
These came with the appropriate docs, which I also pass along with the item. The same docs that I identified in the photo in the auction.
If you are not happy with the product, it can be returned, assuming it is in the same condition as it was received by you, but I will only refund the cost of the item, not the shipping costs.
I hope that clarifies where I stand on what I sell.
Thank You

I can't return it because it cracked and I am not sure what to do.
