My daughter has the matching swingpack to this set. If this is authentic, it would be a wonderful BD gift for her!

I'm thinking it's authentic.... (and boy Hyacinth, you're so right about those pouches - they're adorable, but my ibuprofen & health cards would never fit...nor the second wallet for all the other cards...and my second pair of glasses because I can't drive with bifocals....:shame:)

i'm the opposite! i used to carry huge bags with lots of stuff i thought i'd need... as i get older i'm downsizing! i'm with you on all the cards we accumulate though. i carry a small metal case (meant to be a ciggie case but i don't smoke anymore) as a card holder other than my wallet! these coach pouches force me to carry only what i TRULY need, on days when i don't need to have all those cards on me. :)

The bag looks good and I'm pretty sure the other pieces are genuine too. :yes:

I hear ya about the purses, even some of my favorite "classic" Coaches that seemed as big as suitcases when I first bought them just don't have enough room any more (that second pair of glasses is a PITA, isn't it?) ;)

Add in my bursting at the seams wallet plus its separate checkbook cover which doesn't even fit in the wallet any more, phone, two sets of keys, hand sanitizer, makeup bag, pens, and sometimes a third pair of glasses, a book and a mini garage door opener and the only thing that Coach makes that will hold all that is a Baby Bag.

That's why my Vera Bradley Carry All is one of my "workhorses", that baby has eleven pockets and room for a small elephant inside it. Now I understand why they're called "granny bags", they're the only ones big enough to hold all the garbage we "ladies of a certain age" have to lug around with us. :cool:

The stitching and details seem to be ok, but I don't own one (wallets with turnlocks don't fit in my purse for some reason :graucho: ) so the only thing I can compare it to is the drilldown. But you're right, these aren't faked much, the crooks seem to concentrate on the Checkbook and Slim Envelope styles although they've probably faked everything Coach makes at one time or another.

I understand why you don't want to post the auction number, but please look carefully at the other items the seller's listing and if you see anything that doesn't look right, just walk away, or at least pay with a credit card "just in case".

Hi ladies!!

I need some help. This bag is just what I am looking for - I love the black signature material and the design of this purse! Is this as good of a deal as I think it is? It seems like a steal!

(I am a noob - so if I am wasting money please tell me :))

Hi all, i'm quite new to coach forum, so basically i got this from my brother as my birthday gift last year when he was in states, he mentioned that he got it from the FO, how do u all think and do u all have any idea what's this model called? and from which year? i think it's a very old design right?:confused1: TIA all!!:heart:

Is this a Craigslist seller?

Remember that the bag's seven years old, so check it carefully for any damage, stains, worn spots, etc. The bag looks genuine though.

If it's an Ebay auction and those are the only pictures she posted, I'd ask about the bag's condition.

I don't recognise it but the serial number shows it was made in 2006 for the Factory stores. I can't say for sure if it's genuine, maybe someone else knows this style and can give it a name

Congratulations! Just be sure to pay with Paypal if you can and check it over carefully when you get it. Or better yet, you can post the auction listing here now that you've won it and we can take a look at the seller's listings and history before you pay, just to be sure.
