Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Hi there-- Don't the photos in Gutsygirls shop make you a little seasick?

Anyway, perhaps check out a few of the Sonoma bags. There's the Pocket Zip bag 4924, or if you want something really big the Sonoma Bucket Bag 4927 (I think, or the 4933 but I think that is a little smaller). That was what sprang to mind after reading your post (probably because of the large beige Nubuc Sonoma bucket bag hanging in my kitchen for weeks now waiting for me to try to clean it :nogood: )

I had to go back to look at the pics to see what you meant, they are mostly crooked! Thanks for the suggestions, I have several sonoma bags and I love how durable the leather is. I looked on ebay for the 4927, that looks like a great size. I also saw a sonoma 4916 that is similar to 4082 in style.

Your link is wrong. This is another reason why we ask for the seller's name, item title and item number. The seller is boristhekat

It is fine for a creed to say "Made in U.S.A." or "Made in the United States." It is not okay to say "Made in the U.S.A." Coach didn't use the word "the" when they abbreviated USA. The bag in the listing is authentic. The seller is a tpf member who often gets her items authenticated here before she lists them.

I don't see any problems but suspect that the seller copied the serial number incorrectly. You can't base authenticity on what a seller has posted in the listing.

(Incidently, the charm bracelet you found by googling is on a site that sells fakes.)

I don't see any problems with the bag but a better picture of the creed is necessary to positively authenticate it.

ETA: The style is probably 22762.
