Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

The seller is new. I requested a focused picture of the creed bit haven't heard back yet. When I searched for the style 22782, I came up with photos of a charm bracelet??

The creed number should be 22762, which is why you couldn't find it. Sellers often read it wrong. Those photos of the charm bracelet were on a site that sells counterfeits. It can't be authenticated without the creed picture.

They are not the same bag. The second one was made for full priced stores in 2007. The first was made for factory stores in 2008. Sometimes the leather on the made for factory items is different from the FP versions. The pictures of the FP one are terrible. The seller isn't showing the pretty grommets in the handles. I have the full priced version in a greenish color and it is gorgeous! Both bags are authentic. Attached is a picture of mine so you can see what the handles look like.

Hi, ladies. It's been a while. I have been wanting a couple of light blue purses and these came up for a great price. Alas, I bought before having them authenticated .:lecture: Please let me know if I deserve a bag slap instead of a lecture. TIA

Both listings show authentic items, including the wristlet and keychain (style 92310).

Note that the original dot and wave bags were exceptions to the signature lining "rule" but the newer versions (in the listings above) had solid lining as shown.

Thanks BB! I bought the dot bag because I saw others that were a lot more money. The wave bag is very cute and looks like it could hold a bit being so wide. Glad the fob and wristlet are authentic too. Thanks.

Anyway, perhaps check out a few of the Sonoma bags. There's the Pocket Zip bag 4924, or if you want something really big the Sonoma Bucket Bag 4927 (I think, or the 4933 but I think that is a little smaller). That was what sprang to mind after reading your post (probably because of the large beige Nubuc Sonoma bucket bag hanging in my kitchen for weeks now waiting for me to try to clean it :nogood: )

The 4924 is nice as it has two outer pockets and multi pockets inside for plenty of items. The leather is also very nice.

Twins on the wave bag. You got a great deal on the dot bag - that keychain alone usually sells for upwards of $50.
