The station bag has an Italian plant code with US text:

ETA: the seller absolutelybetterpursedeals had a lot listing in which she "hid" at least one fake. I don't know whether this is a coincidence or not but the seller absolutelybetterpursedeals is from Ohio and another seller with a habit of mixing fakes into lot listings was the now-NARU botticelli4grace is also from Ohio.

absollutelybetterpursedeals sold this lot listing in which there's at least one counterfeit Coach bag:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Doone...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

This is the creed from the bag in the above listing:

I'm doing a bit more digging to see if these are the same person.

ETA: Just as botticelli4grace was a repeat offender, so has absolutelybetterpursedeals been a repeat offender.

Okay, I'm 100% sure that absolutelybetterpursedeals is the new ID for botticelli4grace. And in staying consistent in her patterns, she still hides fakes within lot listings.

The following pictures, left from ebay and right from Tradesy prove they are one and the same.

Hi, first time asking, is this real ladies?
Hope so! If not, I just got some practice bathing bags ;) I gave her a soak to reshape, per the rehab tutorials here, high fives, it worked, thank you!!!
I'm new to this, so it's a station bag, and Willis because of the dowel? Made in China can be ok sometimes? (but Korea is no good). So it's not vintage, made in march 2005?
I've been trying to catch up in the archives the last few days, I didn"t find it in the bad serial number lists, but would like an official blessing on my first grownup bag that I will actually carry (I have a gifted British Tan 9954 that is so pretty, and tan, I'm afraid to carry it around my kids, and it's a tad small). I got the station bag at a thrift store, $25, which I've gathered is high for some of y'all, but in Austin, I can't believe it was still on the shelf, even with the saggy sides. Thrifting is a competitive sport here.
I've added some pics of the label, and before and after the bath and leather cpr. Thank you for your time, and this amazing forum!

oh, and does the bullseye mean it was an outlet bag?

It's authentic. It is a Willis bag, not a station bag. A station bag is a different style, and is quite a bit smaller. You're right about the date of production. $25 is a good price for a Willis. You couldn't find a deal that good on ebay. If it was in a thrift store near me, it would probably be close to $100! The bullseye means it was sold at the outlet, not that it was made for the outlet. It was probably a full price bag that was transferred to the outlet.

By Jove, BB, I think you've got it !!!!

One thing that's curious - her Ebay profile says she's 72, but those don't look like the hands of a 72-year old. They ARE the same hands in both pictures though, compare the thumbs, not to mention the carpeting. The info I found before on B4G's previous RE career, short as it was, seemed to put her in the 50 to 59-year old age bracket, and so did her photo. But in the photos of the lot listing with the fake Coach, those DO look like 72-year old hands Or else mine are a lot more beat up than hers). Possibly mother & daughter?

A closer look at her hand:

Thank you Whateve!!! Ha, and the station bag part was the one I was sure of, lol. I'll put my nose back to the archives.
Are you in LA? Or somewhere where the cost of living drives even thrift prices up?!?! I thought Austin was bad...
This is a great training wheels bag for me, just enough room, but at a price where i won't collapse if the toddlers touch it ;-) Thanks again!

I have absolutely NO DOUBT that absolutelybetterpursedeals is the former botticelli4grace.

I also have no doubt she's not 72 and is simply attempting to mask her identity with false autobigraphical information.

She's still selling real estate in Cincinnati, Ohio and on the newer absolutelybetterpursedeals ID, she resold some of the same fakes that were previously reported after being listed by botticelli4grace and removed by ebay.

I have some info on absolutelybetterpursedeals..AND unless she was lying to me,(I wouldn't doubt it) she told me her granddaughter shoots the pics & helps her list, because her arthritis etc etc...so those could be her GDs hands?.
The shiny bags? DEFINITELY SHOEPOLISH! BEWARE!
I purchased a daypack from her,a couple months ago with a gazillion layers of shoepolish on it. She said she didn't notice. She gave me a 50% refund. I kept the bag to rehab. After I removed the polish with acetone & probably 5 baths , I noticed the shoepolish was hiding flaws in the piping
(OF COURSE)! I've been working on that bag for 3 weeks.
If she is Botticelli that would explain a lot...GEEZ LOUISE!!!
Anyway, I'm not buying any bags from her anymore-She says her eyesight is bad??,..Gives me all these old lady complaints..I don't buy it. You don't need to SEE Shoepolish,:coolio: the minute I unpacked the bag I FELT it, not to mention it was all over my hands.:smash: My 2 cents..:D

You're welcome.

Almost all thrift stores in California are overpriced. I'm in central California where they have no reason to be snobby but they are anyway. I've gotten a few things at somewhat reasonable prices in San Jose and Sacramento, and in Southern California, outside of LA and San Diego. LA is terrible for thrift stores but the valley isn't that bad. It's nothing like the South and parts of the East though. I got a Coach purse for 50 cents in Georgia! In California a good deal is under $30.
