Thank you!

The first seems to be a genuine Classic Shoulder Bag, style 9170 probably from the late 1970s to the mid-80s. It might be just a bit too new to be "Cashin Era".

Second is a genuine Madison Satchel style 9725 from the mid-1980s

Good morning!
Can I please get opinions on these (in my possession)?
1. Dark brown city bag
2. Black pocket purse
THANK YOU!:D

Turkey ALSO used "2" as a plant code. Many countries had more than one plant!

Please explain "doesn't look right". I don't see the problems you must be seeing.
ebay item: Vintage Coach Crossbody
seller: Margo_elkin

So, then~Is this Court bag Authentic? I am using the correct format when asking for authentication.
What doesn't look right is the creed~serial number, since I've not seen any mention of using a NUMBER 2 for a plant code before..And I've not seen mention of the Turkey plant using a "2" in any authenticity guides either..
Thank you in advance!

The Ergo Flap is ok but I'm worried about the Lexington Drawstring. The others I've seen and the other Lexingtons I have photos of all have the logo lining, not the Sonoma stripe, and almost all seem to have been made in Italy except for a handful from the DR. A few early ones from 1997 may have had a solid color lining, it's hard to tell from the photos.

Maybe Coach was trying to clear out the remaining fabric but there are a few small differences in the serial number font too. I'd have to call it Questionable.
ETA - there's also a fake Lexington style number creed in Ebay's Completed listings with a J4D- prefix which is 3 years too early for any Lexington that has the same Sonoma stripe lining:

The FS stamp in the Ergo means Final Sale.

I've ALREADY said that the 2 plant code is valid for Turkey.

And there are no Guides including mine that list every single plant code and when it was used so why would not finding it in a Guide mean that it's invalid?

I don't see anything that would make me think it's fake - but I don't have another creed from that date and plant to compare it to, so I'm going to call it probably ok but can't be 100 percent sure because of the serial font. I'd also like to see a photo of the back of the turnlock.

EDITED TO ADD - I've found two more bags from the same plant and year and the serial number fonts and spacing do match the font in the Court Bag, so the Court seems to be genuine.

YUCH!
The bag looks perfect on the outside as far as stitching, leather quality/texture and font on the logo.
The fabric on the interior is a little questionable to me, but could be that it is worn and has pilling.
I noticed that the zippered pocket is kind of small, so I wrote one of the sellers who has an authentic one listed and asked for the measurements, will let you know in case that will shed more light on it.
THanks Hyacinth!
