For some reason, I am not allowed to post all three images of the 3 bags at the same time, I apologize. Continuation...would you be so kind to help? My husband just bought me these handbags from ebay, but I am concerned that they may not be authentic. (1st- green scout hobo, 2nd- chalk/birch Edie bag, 3rd- black scout hobo). Can you authenticate these bags for me? Thanks

Comments: The number is E0769-F10477 if you can't make it out. When I saw this at one of my local GW's I though it was a Fossil because of all the topstitching and the trimmings. I absolutely love the color and just everything about it. I thought it was missing the hangtag and when I went to clean it the hangtag was in the zippered pocket. It is stitched and has a couple of strips of suede. How cool is that strap? How do they do that? Also, do you know it it is missing a tab or something on the top zipper loop? The color is a little darker because it's wet, I had to clean it, you guys know how other peoples dirt gags me. Fingers crossed this is authentic, because I LOVE it!!! I would have bought it if it were Fossil too. :giggles:
Authentic soho studded hobo.

All look good!

I have one more if it isn't too late.

Coach Wallet?

I own

4 1/4 inches x 3 1/8 inches

Comments: Cute little wallet type thingy. Has lots of compartments for as tiny as it is. Is it a man's item? Is the chain and hook thing for keys or to attach it to a belt loop? Since it only has Coach stamped on it in one place I thought you might need to see the snaps. Sorry about the fuzzies and green gunk, Working on cleaning it now.

authentic multifunction purse #7219. It was considered a women's accessory. That is a keychain on the end and it appears to be original. A lot of times they get lost and replaced with something else. It is probably from the 90s.

Help! I am going nuts trying to figure out which style bag this is. It was authenticated here, but can't find it in the limited catalog pics I have. It has two open interior pockets, 8" x 8" x 5" and is a Coral or very evenly faded red, inside and out. It is almost like the small tote in the 1983 catalog photo. The next catalog I have is 1986 and it wasn't there.
That is exactly what it is. Have you washed it yet? I found a NYC bag that looked like it might be coral but it turned out to be red once it was washed and conditioned.

I've always wanted one of these. The color looks yummy! That thing with the hangtag looks like it is the zipper pull. You could just slide it onto the zipper loop.

:D

Thanks! I will wash and condition it. Red seems like the logical color choice. So it is a Dinky small tote? Even if the pockets are not zippered?

That's what it looks like to me. They might have made some style changes from year to year, and wouldn't have changed the style number. The catalog picture doesn't always match what goes into production. I've had the standard tote and it had an extra half slip pocket that isn't mentioned in the catalog either.

Thank you for your reply: BeenBurned.

Due to the inside stitching of the pocket on the green hobo purse and the stitching of the Edie bag around the turn lock , I thought they might not have been authentic as they overlap.

I also just noticed that the serial numbers, inside the pockets of both the green (No.A...) and black (No. J...) hobo bags, have the No.A... (written without a space between the period and letter) and No. J (written with a space between the period and letter). I know the pictures are small and probably hard to tell 😞

Should I be worried about that difference? I though this looked odd and was therefore also questioning their authenticity.

Thanks again for your assistance.
