I didn't even notice that! I've seen other janice bags like this have different years on the creed so it's made the search a bit confusing. But thank you so much!
This bag looks like it's in amazing unused condition. And that's a sad story, because the lady on the receipt bought it for her mom for christmas in 2010 and mom apparently never wanted it, or used it or touched it in 15 years. Still has the gift packaging ribbons in the box.

Yeah! It makes me want to pass on the bag, there's such a profound sadness to it, I wonder what happened to them.

Here's what I think happened: With ebay, a seller can "sell similar" and copy someone else's listing and it also copies the title. Careless people or people who know little about Coach will leave it that way.
It's authentic, made around 1993. Connie is right - that is probably what happened. The seller is doing herself a disservice as the bag she has is probably more desirable than the one she copied.

Hello, could you please help me authenticate this bag? I just received this bag yesterday. I have a couple of other vintage coach bags, but they were all made in USA and this will be my first bag made from Turkey. Although I did as much research as I could, I'm not sure of the authencity of the bag. I've also attached more photos than what was listed in the posting.

Item: Vintage Coach Ergo 9020 Mahogany
Listing number: 356259525280
Seller and site where listed: dopey_jap from Ebay
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/356259525280
Comments: I've read somewhere about if the inside corner tabs are thick or not fully flat, it could be a possible counterfeit? Haven't found much info about quality control for bags made in Turkey.

Thank you for your time!
