Did you check that the creed is the same as the one in the listing? You didn't upload it so I can't authenticate. Most brass hardware is just brass plated except for early bags. Solid brass is very heavy.

ETA: I can see part of the creed in one of the pictures. It was made in 2001. They were using brass plating then. I don't see any problems with the bag.

This is the court bag. Does the bag look like it was painted ? Or is this how British tan looks?

I also found this inside the zipper pocket of the vintage coach court bag. What are these numbers any idea?

I don't think it looks painted. You can ask at the rehab club for more opinions. Usually when it is painted, it will feel differently.

The tag in the pocket was put there by a factory inspector. The number identifies the person who did the inspection. Possibly proof that the bag was never used.

Comments: Honestly not sure if the photos are good enough to give a solid yes or no but if anyone has any more insight it would be much appreciated .

I can't give you a definite positive authentication but I think there is a very good chance it is authentic. I just can't read the place of manufacture in the creed wording or I would know for sure.

Wow do you mean the person that inspected it like quality control from Coach in 2001? Thats why the person said it was like new from when they bought it at the showroom. Of course i wasn’t sure people can say all things to sell you something. But now that you mentioned that.. it even has the original coach tissue 🥺 i also found this inside the back pocket, i peeled it off and a little leather came off, it looks like a security tag- have you seen this before?

It's not tan. Tan is like BT. It could be taupe.
