Thank you. Geez, I guess that I shouldn’t have bid on this purse. I won the bid, so I don’t know if I should pay for it and hope for the best or abandon the purchase. Any thoughts are welcomed.
Ask them to send a picture of the creed before paying. Explain that you didn’t realize that there weren’t enough pictures before you won it.

I just got this wristlet and I have a feeling I was scammed. Can anyone confirm if this is authentic or fake? It does not have a creed inside but does have a made in Philippines tag inside. The C’s are overlapping but coach had some designs around 2006-07 that had similar overlapping c’s.

As per the rules, post where you got it. If it was online, we need a link to the listing.

Hello! While cleaning I recently found what looks like an older Coach bag that we’ve had sitting for years (must’ve picked it up at a yard sale, truly don’t remember) and can’t seem to find much info about it online. It’s a little rough, but was wondering if maybe someone here could help us identify it. This forum was recommended on Reddit. 😊 Attached are some photos- thanks very much in advance!

Nice find! Authentic, I think it's a Logan bag #9907 made in the early 90s. We have a rehab club that can give you info to help you restore it. https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/coach-rehab-and-rescue-club.833400/

You did fine. It's not fake. The pattern is called optic signature and the Cs are overlapping and in various sizes.

Did the buyer say why she thought it was fake?

Is it possible that she has remorse but saw your no return policy and thought she needed a reason to return it?

If the buyer is honestly wanting reassurance of authenticity, you can refer her here. But if she insists on returning it, accept the return and you can relist it upon receipt of the return. If you do relist, include the picture of the creed you posted in your request here. It's better than the one shown in the listing.

JMO, but I think the buyer got a very good deal for that bag! (I found the listing.)
They thought the creed, hardware and stitching was off. (That better picture of the creed is actually from them!) And that it felt plasticky? I did call eBay and they thought I was in the right and would probably “win” if they stepped in because my listing was accurate. Ultimately, time was running out and I was a bit intimidated having them step in, and I did not want to deal with it so just accepted the return. Waiting for it to arrive and check it out before I issue the actual refund.

Maybe when I relist, this time I’ll have a better buyer and can point them here!

NEVER ever let ebay resolve the case. They will NOT decide it in your favor.

They are notorious for telling callers what they want to hear and had you let them step in, it would have cost you.

I hope your next buyer is better.
