Please follow the following requests:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

Then it's definitely fake. Open a return request and choose one of the "not as described" reasons for the return. The seller will be responsible for paying for and supplying a return shipping label and you'll get a full refund upon the seller's receipt of the return. If the seller doesn't issue the refund, go back to the claim and ask ebay to step in.

It's authentic. It's a small duffle sac made in 2001. The leather is similar to lightweights. The condition looks other than the wrinkles. I can't authenticate or ID the wallet with just one picture but it appears to be from the same time period.

I believe it is authentic. The creed wording is something I would expect to see on later bags, not bags made in 2000, but I've seen other bags of the same style made at the same time with the same wording.

Thank you! I was able to sell it on ebay, but the person came back saying it was a fake and asked to return it so I was pretty curious.

Did the buyer say why she thought it was fake?

Is it possible that she has remorse but saw your no return policy and thought she needed a reason to return it?

If the buyer is honestly wanting reassurance of authenticity, you can refer her here. But if she insists on returning it, accept the return and you can relist it upon receipt of the return. If you do relist, include the picture of the creed you posted in your request here. It's better than the one shown in the listing.

JMO, but I think the buyer got a very good deal for that bag! (I found the listing.)

You're correct in that it can't be authenticated without more pictures. If those are the pictures that "Legitmark" used to evaluate authenticity, that's not a dependable company, IMO.

You're correct in that it can't be authenticated without more pictures. If those are the pictures that "Legitmark" used to evaluate authenticity, that's not a dependable company, IMO.

Thank you. Geez, I guess that I shouldn’t have bid on this purse. I won the bid, so I don’t know if I should pay for it and hope for the best or abandon the purchase. Any thoughts are welcomed.
