Hello there Authenticators, happy FriYAY! I got this leather portfolio/laptop sleeve from eBay and really appreciate its thick, supple leather and workmanship. This is clearly from that era of Coach when (some of) their products were made in China. I’m curious to know what this portfolio style was called. Dimensions are roughly 16” x 11.5” x 1”. I like the flap with the big scallop detail. Based on the creed, I’m guessing this was offered in 2003 (??). I’d be very grateful for any info (style name) and even a printed catalog pic of this Coach item. Thank you!
Post a link to the listing and the seller's name.

Hello authenticators! I hope this is how I make a post. I wanted to ask if anyone could authenticate a bag on ebay for me. It's a 7548 Vintage Coach Hampton Bag.

Item: 7548 Vintage Coach Hampton Bag.
Listing number: 256513685128
Seller and site where listed: Selling Angela's Stuff, ebay
Link: Coach Bag

I messaged for additional photos of the creed. They shared them through a message but didn't post to the listing. I attached the images. I looked at other creeds of similar bags online but didn't find anyone with the same serial number. I was wondering if it was real. I would appreciate any help. Thank you for your time.

It's authentic. I believe it's called Hampton's buckle hobo and was made in 2004.

Hi all!

I got this Coach Soho Hobo bag at a thrift store. I was hoping somebody could have a look at it for me. It is about 14" across and 9" tall.

Thanks!

I also call BS on daisystreetstudio's claim. Even if her late father bought fakes, she now knows she has a bunch of fakes, a violation of US law as well as a violation of Depop's T&C.

If she values her account, maybe she should read their rules: https://depophelp.zendesk.com/hc/en...Terms-of-Service#h_01HA2BR8GN3DZPF42BKGHYSFZ2

Hi. Thank you for taking a look. I am almost positive this briefcase is fake for a number of reasons....

1. because the number etched in is K2L 9790. The creed says United States, but the letter "L" doesn't match for United States.
The creed is correct and reads:
THIS IS A COACH BAG. IT WAS HANDCRAFTED IN THE UNITED STATES OF COMPLETELY NATURAL GLOVE-TANNED COWHIDE. THE VARIATIONS IN THE GRAIN ARE CHARACTERISTIC OF NATURAL FULL-GRAIN LEATHER.

Also, 9790 matches for a city bag, not a briefcase.

2. It almost looks like the leather piece with the creed and number were stitched in and that piece of leather doesn't match the interior or exterior leather.

Unbelievable!

Looking forward to your opinions.

Thank you.
