Hello authenticators! Do you think the following listing is authentic? I've asked the seller for more photos, but some information (e.g. serial number) is still hard to see, so would love to hear if you think this bag is authentic.
Have a lovely day!
Hey, Authenticators, do you think this listing from Vinted is authentic? Thank you so much for the help!

One comment on this, since it seems I've passed the window to edit this message. I found this old listing from Macy's for one of the same color:
And this old one from Coach Outlet of what looks to be the same bag, but in a different color:

Both descriptions include "side open compartments", which is the kind of Swagger 27 I have in black, and it has a side open compartment both front and back. I messaged the seller of the above listed bag to ask if their bag had open side compartments in the front and back, as I could not tell from the picture. They messaged me back to say that there is an open compartment on the back of the bag, but not the front. Their description of the front of the bag 'The front of the bag has a leather band with a goldtone turn-key decoration instead of a pocket.' Could there be both a version with an open slip compartment in the front and back, and a version with only that in the back?

Hi and Good Morning. I was wondering if anyone knows if this bag is real and if the artist involved was James Nares or Roy Lichtenstein? I know its a Poshmark listing and I abhor Poshmark too, just interested in this bags authenticity and history. Thanks!

It's authentic. I don't have any information about if there was an artist involved. I don't recall of hearing of any advertised collaborations with artists back in 2003. That seems to be a more recent thing.

It's just listed as a Soho Brushstroke Hobo and was one of several mostly suede Limited Edition bags made in Italy.

The bag looks fine.

Coach made similar styles so I don't know whether it's the correct style number. (I did find a single listing that called the bag that style number but the bags are not the same and would be different numbers.)

  • Hamptons Python XL Hobo - D1082-15411

Kindly authenticate. Thank you in advance for your time and expertise!

The bag looks fine but I don't think it's real python. The creed describes the bag as leather so I believe it's made to simulate python.

AFAIK, if an item is python, the creed would disclose it as in the following example:

Thank you for the confirmation and sample creed! I'm quite certain it's embossed too and pulled the bag's name off Coach's website via Wayback. I just realized that the style name I provided is actually for a slightly different bag; this one is Hamptons Metallic Python XL Hobo.

Hello authenticators! I was hoping if someone could help me authenticate this Coach Camel Rambler. I do apologize, I am new to vintage Coach and trying to learn how to steer away from fakes online. This bag stumped me, as I realized that the interior zipper was different from other Ramblers I've seen once I received it. Then the font of the serial number further made me speculate even more. I have attached additional photos. Thank you so much for your help.

Purchased on Poshmark, seller: bnbllc
Original Listing: Vintage Coach Rambler 9061 Crossbody Bag Carmel Leather
Model: K3H-9061
Dimensions: 9.5" x 7.5" x 3"
Color: Looks like Camel with nickel hardware

The bag you received from bnbllc is fake. I hope you haven't accepted it yet. If you can't return it, open a dispute with your credit card company or with the paymnt processor you used to pay for it.

Get your money back!

There are several SERIOUS problems with it.

The back of the turnlock has indentations for the prongs that are NOT on the original equipment turnlocks from that time period.

The K3H- serial prefix is invalid and ALWAYS Fake and has been mentioned dozens of times in multiple places in the Coach forums here - search the forums for "coach k3h" or even just "K3H". Here are 16 PAGES of links referring to that serial prefix:

Even Searching our forums for the entire serial number "k3h-9061" would have found red flags:

The K3H serial prefix is also listed as "always Fake" in the Daria48 Fake Coach Numbers list that's included in the Salearea Guides thread:
and
DARIA48 Fake Numbers Lists at tPF:

and
PART 2 - post 40

The too-big serial font often but not always is a red flag

The inside pocket zipper pull is wrong

Bags made in the US after the early 1990s should NOT have buckles stamped "SOLID BRASS"

Never never NEVER buy brand-name or designer items from any Poshmark sellers unless you authenticate them here FIRST. Poshmark is a cesspool of fakes and fakes sellers and Poshmark doesn't care.

Thank you for the information. I will be more careful in the future and will search the serial numbers in this thread beforehand.
