• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

It's definitely authentic but I can't find the correct style number. I'd had that item recorded as 7220 but after finding catalog pictures of 7220, I see that my records aren't correct. I'll try to find the style number and will update if successful.

ETA: The seller's description of "signature monogram" is incorrect. It's a leather case!

I owned several of those cases in 2007 and they came from Marshall's and TJ Maxx so they may have been a year or 2 older than when I got them. But that's an estimate.

It was called a springlock. That one looks typical. The bag is authentic.

The bag is fake and not only does it have a contradictory plant code vs. the text on the creed but it also has an incorrect style number. Abbie is 9017, not 9107.

Unfortunately, Etsy isn't any better than Poshmark when it comes to responding to reports and removing fakes. And in my experience, most sellers don't end their listings of fakes when informed.

Sadly if you follow the coach instructions in the pamphlet you will likely break your springlock. Always OPEN the button before you close. If you push it closed like the pamphlet says, you will help break the mechanism. FYI.
