• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read

I was just trying to determine if it was an indicator of something to avoid when trying to judge authenticity in the future. Guess not that easy, best to consult with Purse Forum when in doubt. Thanks Again.

Most vintage purses will have the type of turnlock used on the case you bought. Most, if not all, small cases like the one yours is emulating will have the type of turnlock @BeenBurned showed in her post. There is at least one vintage purse that has similar turnlock to that one. If I found a small case like yours and it didn't have the right type of turnlock, I probably wouldn't take a chance on it.
