Curious about this vintage Weston. Obviously the dustbag is new and the blue seems much brighter than navy.

Coach temporarily replaced Navy with Blue a few months into 1997. Here's a page from the Fall 1997 catalog showing the Blue color, click on the thumbnail to enlarge

It's authentic. Shame about the strap.

I was given this bag. Can it be authenticated here? I know little about newer bags. I would guess it’s fake but figured I’d ask here before I toss it. Supposed to be leather but feels like plastic coated. It’s 10.5” x 8” x 2.5”

It's authentic. It was made in 2013 for factory stores. The leather may have been processed in a different way to give it that waxy feel.

Hi all,

I purchased this Regina bag back in 2015 and pretty much forgot about it til I moved earlier this year. I purchased it off of Ebay so I no longer have the listing or seller info. I did google the 'serial number' and did see an older post from someone back in 2013 asking for authentication but I'm uncertain if they were reused for multiple bags or not. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!

Thank you! Not sure if you’ve done this (or if allowed), but if you compiled a list of sellers you trust on various platforms, I bet they’d get a ton of business

No, we don't do that. Not only are there legal problems including potential accusations of favoritism or even bribery, but even honest sellers can make mistakes or, worse yet, go to the Dark Side, we've seen it happen. We authenticate visible evidence, not sellers, and we require authentication requests include a seller's name if applicable so potential buyers have a way of searching the seller's ID history, good or bad, here at tPF.

Other sites have been found abusing "recommendations" not just by recommending their own members even when they have been known to sell fakes, but also by posting negative and "Don't Buy" o "Don't trust..." comments about sellers and sites they consider competition.
