I'm not comfortable with that listing. I can't find any items with the style number this bag shows and the serial number font doesn't look right.

From what I can find, the chainlink Maggie is style 14420.

Other opinions are welcome.

ETA: I reported at least 2 fake Coach bags in July 2014 from seller greatdeals4you*.

Since you asked, I was very surprised to a chainlink done in jacquard. I remember the satin version. I couldn't find any other purses anywhere with this style number. However, I did find a drill down for the style number 16903, which appears to be a chainlink Maggie. I'm not comfortable with the creed. I just wanted to mention that the style apparently existed.

I got this little guy at a flea market it is very similar to the city bag but I can"t seem to track anything down on it. The lack of Letters on the Stamp leads me to think fake but I am hoping it's just old and rare. Please let me know if anyone needs more to help me out with authentication and info on it. The Stamp reads NO 307-9249 since my pics seem to be upside down.

Serial numbers used before 1994 didn't include letters.

Please post the measurements of the bag.

THE FIRST ONE IS FAKE.

The second one is described as a Helen's Legacy but is actually the remade Duffle Sac, as you probably already know. It's genuine.

There have been a ton of posts mostly at the main Coach forum about the difference in the true vintage vs. the remade bags, although not all are specifically about the Duffle Sac. There will be a big difference in the weight and the thickness of the leather. Many comments were posted in this thread so here would be a good place to start:
