Be careful. There are fake online coach outlet stores out there. For example...XXX. If you read their "About Us" section, it's looks awful and with typos. Also some of the site navigation menu links located at the bottom aren't actually linked like you would see with the REAL Coach and outlet websites.

Here is the link for the actual online outlet. www.coachoutlet.com. I'm not entirely sure on the process as I haven't been invited yet; however, I believe you need to register and be invited by e-mail.

Hello all,


I got this purse yesterday and it is unlike any Coach purse I have ever seen. Because of its small size I was unable to get a good picture of the creed. These are the red flags I have seen. The creed does not start with "Coach," rather it starts with "This is a good leather bag..." Also, the rest of the creed is hard to make out. The serial number is 602-08. The key chain is also not perfectly cut (please see picture) and it reads "COACH LEATHERWARE." The clasp is also a dial hook which I have never seen before.


The measurements are:
6.5 inches tall
7.25 inches long
2 inches wide

Sorry but I didn't even have to look at your pictures. The description is enough to know it's a Korean-made fake with a serial number format that isn't as Coach uses and poor grammar on the creed that you'd never see on an authentic Coach item.

I hope you can get a refund because no matter how inexpensive, it's fake and was illegal for the store to even sell it.

I actually repainted all the blue areas (not the strap or key chain) in leather paint so it's slightly a little darker. It was faded really bad before. I picked this up at a thrift shop.

I also picked this one up at a thrift shop as well. It might look a little splotchy in areas on the canvas. I tried using fabric dye to cover spots that had a little fade. I'll go back over with a damp cloth to remove excess dye. Not sure if it will work but oh well.

Please post a clear, readable phoho of the creed patch and serial number. Post #1 in this thread shows what details we need.

It looks authentic. I've used RIT dye painted on a Coach signature bag like this and it came out very good. You might need another coat.
