Hello! I have searched for this item number and have not seen any posts. I took a chance and purchased a vintage Coach bag from an online reseller, but I’m not sure it’s authentic. Can someone please help me as to its authenticity and possibly a style name or rough date of manufacture? Thank you so much!

So sorry - I was having difficulty uploading photos - here are some new photos. Both sides of the bag are the same with the outer pocket. It's only the inner zip pocket that has the creed stamped into the leather. The serial number is 0122 944
Thank you again in advance for any help anyone can give me!

Oh yes. I'm sorry - I meant to add that in. 11.5 inches wide 7 inches tall with 3.5 inches base.
Thank you Hyacinth!

Genuine style 9820 Swagger from the early 1990s. Here's the description from a 1989 catalog:

Hello!

This is advertised as a Carlyle Bag from the Madison Collection, made in Italy. The interior and Coach creed look different from other Coach bags made in Italy that I’ve seen.

Serial: M4E-4401

Real or fake?

E-bay listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1345871351...axp7sxhq-m&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

It's genuine.

You should only compare details of bags of the same style, or at least from the same style LINE, in this case the Madison line. Because two bags are made in the same country doesn't mean they are going to have the same details. Country of origin has nothing to do with it. The wording of the creed can change along the way.

It's a genuine Courier Pouch probably made between 1980 and 1987, style number 8920. Here's a copy of the Summer 1986 catalog page:
