Thank you so much. A quick question...can you explain what is different about "bridle leather."?? Trimmed in bridle leather.

I've never seen a Coach-specific definition, but there are many leather guides that come up in a Google search for "bridle leather". Since Coach apparently hasn't posted a definition that I've been able to easily find unless it's buried in one of their catalogs, I'm just going to suggest checking the online guides. If they all agree on the basic definition, then it's probably a safe bet that as long as the term is from an actual Coach catalog, webpage or creed stamp of that specific item, then it's probably the type of leather described in the online leather guides.

Hello friends, could I get an expert opinion?

Coach Casino bag

This is my own listing. One additional photo of the inside of the interior that wasn’t part of that original listing is attached. (That is leather on the inside, not fabric.)

I felt confident this was authentic (leather is right, the creed looks right, the stitching looks right, the hardware looks correct) but the buyer returned as inauthentic. I don’t want to relist it if I’m wrong. Thank you for the help!

The bag is authentic.

Did the buyer say why she thinks it's fake? Is it possible that it was remorse but without you having a return policy, she may have thought she needed a reason for wanting to return it.

Has it been returned yet? If not and if it's really reassurance the buyer needs, she's welcome to come here and express her concerns.

If she really wants to return it, you have no option but to accept the return (paying also for return shipping) or ebay will decide in the buyer's favor, potentially allowing her to get the money plus keep the bag.

I'm sorry this happened because even when buyers receive a fake, they should try to work it out with the seller or at least verify their suspicions before accusing the seller.

She pointed to undyed leather on the inside of the pocket and in inside bottom seam of the bag. She also claimed it wasn’t glove tanned leather, which it is. I suspect she just didn’t like it when she received it. :(

Unfortunately, I already accepted and received the return, but I’m happy to have this confirmation so I can safely relist. Thank you so much!
