• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

Genuine, probably made in the mid-1970s. I THINK it was called a Suspender Bag and the style number might have been 9490, but please wait for @whateve or @BeenBurned to confirm that.

(The same style number was also used for a China-made bag from the early 2000s, just in case anyone is confused by the duplicate numbers)

Awesome! This one was totally a fluke. It was marked “as is” because the inner zipper “needed to be sewn”. I don’t see any holes from a needle and think maybe it was originally glued in.
I saw a much earlier post here with the same issue/ same bag. I’ll head on over to rehab to see if anyone has opinions.

Both look good but neither is vintage.

The Willow was made in May 2022 so isn't even a year old.

The other tote was made in 2013 so it has another 10 years before being considered vintage. (Vintage is 20+ years old.)

For future requests, please post links and seller IDs to listings that were online purchases.

I have another one I can’t seem to get a handle on. I searched this forum for another type of this kind but all the links were older and removed so I couldn’t compare pictures. This is serial number 9715 and I recently purchased from eBay. The seller is loraowen. The item number is 285034601059. The title has the wrong color and serial number but I did in fact receive the camel bag. I just can’t shake the feeling maybe it isn’t real. Thank you again!
