Hello authenticators—thoughts?

Seller:

Farrah’s Finds

Thanks so much in advanced!!
I'm not seeing a serial number and the creed text looks too thick. I'd like to see a clearer/better/more legible picture of the full creed but I don't feel optimistic. (I'm betting that scratches is misspelled on that bag.)

Please reread @Hyacinth's post as well as Vlad's post at the top of each page for the pictures and information needed.

Per Vlad's post:
  • FOR ITEMS LISTED ONLINE:
    Item:
    Listing number:

  • FOR ITEMS NOT LISTED ONLINE:

Per Hyacinth's post:
  • I also personally require a readable copy of the seller's photo of the creed stamp and serial number to be included with every request.

We aren't trying to be difficult but the required info is necessary both because we want to be able to give accurate authentication opinions and we need to make sure (esp. for online purchases and listings) that we're evaluating the correct listing.

Especially for ended listings that are so longer available, ebay sometimes redirects you to a completely different listing from a different seller and we need to make sure the listing that comes up is the one you want assessed. Knowing seller ID and item number help to verify that we're looking at the right item.

Thank you—I’m sure you’re right—I was ignoring the red flags because I LOVE green vintage coach bags.

Again, thank you very very much for the quick reply!!

No J6D 9953
Ebay, rodrisuesusa

I know that J6D has been seen on both real and fake bags, so I was hoping someone could verify this one since it otherwise looks genuine to me.

Good morning Ladies,

It’s been a while due to a number of uncontrollable factors, but I’m back now

Please can you review the attached purchase, not yet in hand:

Where: Ebay UK
Seller: brightreddoors
Item: “COACH 130mm brown leather purse”
Link: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/125587400796
Comments: Hopefully authentic, purchased to accessorise my birthday gifted Alie in Signature Jacquard/Snakeskin in Oak/Maple. Any insight into style appreciated, though I do understand if it’s just an anonymous (hopefully authentic) SLG.

As ever, many many thanks…stay safe.

Item: Coach Tote L2K-5071 16x10x6
Where purchased or how obtained https://poshmark.com/listing/Authentic-Coach-Tote-Bag-62f54152dbb0e77c5b97a599
Comments: I just received this bag. I purchased it for my daughter-in-law to use as a diaper bag (Before I found the Purse Forum). The handles feels very, very hard like a plastic leather. It feels like nylon. And the inside feels like a cheap plastic. seller posted its authentic however it does not seem to be. I didn’t pay attention to the little coach hang tag. It’s not embossed on both sides and it too feels like the handle leather. Waiting for your response before I accept the order From the seller.

Item: Coach Bag
Seller: deejayscloset

Comments:
- The creed is really hard to see as it’s very flattened, but it says: This is a Coach Bag. It was handcrafted in the United States of completely natural glove-tanned cowhide the variations in the grain are characteristics of natural full-grain leather.
- The serial is #K6C-9980. It’s not evenly spaced below the creed and looks like it was stamped a little sideways.
- The rivet holding the buckle and the belt hole circles are silver, but the buckle and turnlock are brass.
-Buckle says “solid brass”.
