Real or No? What do you think? TIA

The link to Goodwill isn't working, I'm just getting a 404 Not Found. We need a functioning URL for that listing. The site where you found the photos, *****************, doesn't want their name mentioned on tPF for some reason, so that's why you're probably seeing just a bunch of asterisks instead of their name. Since they don't want to be associated with us, we'll return the favor. Please provide a link to the current Goodwill listing. OR the current seller, if that's the case.

Please check this one out. I’ve learned a lot from her, so thought I’d see if she is genuine. TIA
Item ID:142477277

You said you've " learned a lot from her, so thought I’d see if she is genuine" but this is shown as a Goodwill listing. Can we ask who "her" is? Is there another person involved in this sale? Are you buying it from someone who bought it from Goodwill? I notice that the GW auction ended a month ago, April 19, so are you dealing with the current owner?

We still need to know the name or ID of the person or site actually selling the bag NOW, and photos from THAT listing, otherwise how can we be sure it's the same bag? If you want to add photos from a previous sale that's fine, but we want current photos, details and seller information first and foremost, otherwise we really can't consider it a valid authentication.

Maybe I'm just easily confused, so please un-confuse me.

Hi Authenticators,
May I have this authenticated?
Item: Coach Rambler Legacy
Where purchased or how obtained : Have not purchased yet. Found a picture on fb and I contacted the seller for more pics. These are what she sent me.
Comments: Serial number is J8P 9061. Made in The United States. I am curious about the P plant code. Isn't P the plant code for Costa Rica? Also the font is a little thick.

I'm very sorry for the missing information. It was late and I was going through the Hall of Shame thread. It's like watching a scary movie after midnight. Perhaps I'm being overly dramatic, as I've never spent more than $55. But, I just hate being swindled. Here is the information. I've tried the new link and it should be working. However, the only thing I am certain of in life is the love I have for my children. Everything else is up for debate.

Legacy Studio Red Flap Bag
The creed isn't posted with the listing, only on the COA link. The crappy image shows serial #H9Z-9145. I fear it will not be clear enough. I wasn't aware of how unreliable the COA providers were until last night. I've emailed GW for more info but have had no response.

By "her" I mean the bag itself. I have a terrible habit of referring to inanimate objects with gender pronouns. It's really bad when I have to name them. For example, I had to provide an identifier to my internet router and I named it Chad. I've never known a Chad to be reliable, so it seemed appropriate. I named the wifi extender Karen since it was unstable. I've been trying to remove a stain that I created on the bag and have been posting on the Rehab and Rescue thread. They have all been fabulous. I've "learned a lot from her", was in reference to trying different things on the leather that did and didn't work. It is still in my possession. And unfortunately, it still has a stain. I asked for authentication now because I was going through the bad actors thread very late last night. I don’t recommend it.

Fake so I’m glad you didn’t purchase it.

Thank you.

Based on the information from the COA, the red bag is a genuine Legacy Medium Studio Flap Bag made in 1999. Both the COA company AND Goodwill are to blame for sloppy and incomplete photo records from BOTH of them. There's no real excuse for companies who have been doing the same work for years to take short cuts by not showing what are critical details.

That explains a lot. My only personal experience with naming semi-inanimate objects has been with automobiles, so it's not something my brain normally includes as a possibility. However, it DOES give me a few ideas for potential names I can use in the future for particularly aggravating objects, so Thank You.

The tan bag is a genuine Patricia's Legacy made in 1999.

I’m reposting this just so it doesn’t get buried in all the posts. I recently bought this bag and not sure if it’s authentic, I’m not sure what to look for, I’ll appreciate if one of the Authenticators can help me take a look!

I have another bag that I would like another pair of eyes to take a look!

My computer and Poshmark have decided to not "play nice" with each other for some reason, probably advanced age, (my computer, not Posh), and I can't access the photo(s) of the creed and serial number. If you can copy and post a readable pic of those, I'll be happy to take another look.

And I think you asked about another bag from the same seller? I wasn't able to see those photo details either, if so please copy them too if you can. Thank you.

My pleasure. Strangely enough I’ve never named my car. I tried once but it didn’t stick.
