Thank you and be safe!

Hyacinth- sorry to bother you, but one more question. Is this navy or black? I need to find a replacement hang tag for it and wasn’t quite sure what color I have. Thank you!

I'm famous here for refusing to guess colors on vintage bags from photos. You can see the bag in various lights, I can't. Usually the color of the inside or the inside pocket where the creed is stamped is still how the color looked when it was new. In the picture yours looks like black but you have to decide that for yourself.

I agree that it looks black to me too.

Comment on seller, Deliciousbling: She doesn't verify her items before listing so she's a mixer.

This is a fake she's selling:
Thanks!

Second item: A brown Berkeley duffle bag. (surprise, right?) Quick note: I had all of the Berkeley duffles and sold them. I can be an idiot.

Also, I forgot how 'make an offer' works on Poshmark. I made the offer and she accepted it and my card was charged before I could think about requesting authentication.

Thank you in advance for all of your help and for all of the bullets you help us dodge.

It's genuine and made in 1996

Good morning and happy Sunday, dear authenticators. I have two items to inquire about and I will create two posts for them. This tag intrigues me. I'm not sure if I want to buy but I surely would like to know if it's authentic. I'm not sure what you need to see to authenticate something like this. If more photos are needed, please post what you need and I will request.

Vintage Promotional Brass Coach Keychain. New in original box with tag

seller: jay-8721
Item number: 175149253316

I'd like to see the other side of the price tag with the production codes, also the other side of the hangtag and any label that's on the box, but I don't think it's really necessary. I'm not sure what makes it "promotional", it looks like style 123G which was a regular keychain style AFAIK maybe from the mid to later 1990s. BeenBurned posted pics of it a few years ago.

Thank you very much, Hyacinth. I'm not sure if I will pursue the key chain but I'm happy for others to see your opinion.

Hello,

I originally sent this request on 02-05-22. I cannot find a response so I am trying again. I left the link for the seller. However, I currently have the bag so I have also included pictures.

1-

Seller : half-pint leather
2-

3-

4-

I've added numbers to keep track of them more easily.

1- genuine Court Bag, probably late 1980s

2- genuine Ridgefield Flap from 2000

3- genuine Devon Bag, but the strap may have been modified. It looks like someone added a VERY long piece and the 2 rings on the ends don't seem to be quite the same size, so the bag isn't 100 percent original. If the manny is normal human height, the strap looks like it's at least 52-55 inches. Seller doesn't give an actual strap measurement. Made in 1996.

4- Another one with what seems to be an odd strap, or shown on a hobbit-size mannequin. Seller lists the drop at 48 inches, the serial number indicates an early 1990s production date, but a Court Bag from that time should have dog-leash clips instead of the trigger-style clips it has, and would have had a 44-inch length with NO buckle or other adjustment. Coach didn't change the strap on the Court Bag to a 48-inch length with a buckle adjustment on the strap until around 1997-98. So the strap apparently has been modified or more likely replaced.
