• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

The bag shown in the listing is authentic but you copied the serial number incorrectly. The first letter is "H" (for August) not N.

And the seller's description shows a completely different serial number. I have no idea where she got that!

Sorry. It has NO name, because it's counterfeit. "K3H-" especially in that thick font is always fake, no exceptions. The "H" plant code combined with the 2003 year code and Made in the United States creed is invalid.

I know Saver's has changed their exchange policy, limiting it to clothes and shoes, but I would march right back and DEMAND (at least) an exchange!

Genuine. It's hard to read the year code. It would have been called a Canterbury Bag if it was made in 1994, or a Nottingham Bag if made in 1995.
