I’ve seen different sewing method on the interior bottom. Some are like this one perpendicular to the sides and others follows the stripe from the 2 sides. They are both authentic?

It might have a white tag with serial number sewn in the seam of the inside zippered pocket lining. See if the seller can find it and post a pic.

Could I please get this authenticated? A friend bought it and she’s not sure if it’s authentic. She called Coach but in my opinion, Coach employees are CLUELESS so I told her I’d post it here.

I have just about every Willis color ever made but the creed on this one I’ve only seen on a 2013 Legacy collection bag I bought from Coach, never on a Willis. However, the serial number is similar to the 2012 reissued Willis bags I own.

As the owner of many Willises, you can spot things besides the creed that are often wrong on counterfeits. Compare the padding above the turnlock and the tapering of the handle. They are exactly as they should be on this bag.

It looks like it might be this bag just in a different color. ETA: it should have the white tag as in this one below.

Yes, I know what to look for on Willis for authenticity. I told her I thought it was fine. I haven’t seen it in person but from the photos it looked ok. I told her I’d get confirmation. The leather on the reissued Willis is a bit thinner. Thanks @whateve!

I don't usually authenticate listings on Poshmark nor do I recommend the seller because of both Poshmark's lack of response to reports of fakes and fraud, their responses to return requests when buyers receive fakes, the lack of expertise in the "authenticators" that PM uses when items are inspected after claims are filed and the fact that many dishonest sellers who've been kicked off ebay for having fakes go to Poshmark because they know there's little oversight there. Additionally, many sellers who know they have fakes don't show enough pictures for educated buyers to verify authenticity. Such is the case in this listing.

Unfortunately, my opinions hurt the honest buyers and sellers who are members there but there are other sites that are safer and more responsive to reports.

I don't know whether you're too late for joannec0802 to take the return and issue the refund but an honest seller would do that. Refer the seller here if necessary.
