BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

It's D6D, and it's a genuine 9981 Watson Bag.

And it's STILL easier to read than some of the serial numbers we've been faced with lately. Superman himself couldn't read at least half of them!

Just some interesting story regarding the Saddle Pouch you bought. It said was very difficult to make and only most skillful craftsmen could take on the task. Not sure if it is true but make me feel my Saddle Pouch is kind of special.
I would try simple leather conditioning to see if the mark will disappear.

Yes, it’s a unique and beautiful bag. What a find! I’ve been looking for one in the small size for a while.
