A bag's age can be determined by the date codes in the serial number if it's from 1994 or newer, see the Salearea Guides at Ebay for more info.

Both of them are genuine
# 8a09 - Soho Leather Pocket Tote, 2005

# 9812 - Ridgefield Flap, 1999. I don't know the name for the coin purse

The coin purse/ mini wallet was called a multi-function purse and the style number is 7219. Yours still has the original keyring; sometimes they get lost.

Thank you both for your very helpful (as usual) information.

I need to apologize because I asked for age, and in this case I shouldn't have, I could figure it out myself (I have the Salearea guides bookmarked), but it's force of habit... I normally ask about older bags pre 94, as you ladies know the exact year most of the time.

You're welcome!

Pristine! That's awesome! Mine needs work! But it's doable, the inside is spotless, whew!
I offered her 47.00 bucks. I usually try not to insult someone by lowballing them. I know some people automatically offer them half of what they ask but I figured, WTH, if it is in pristine condition my offer is fair. I was expecting a little dickering so I was shocked when it immediately said the seller agreed to my offer. I am excited to receive her.

Another GW find. If it is authentic, does anyone know the name? It has been mentioned that fakes can have an outlet bullet stamp. Do fakes have a dotted "made in" tag like the ones found in MFF items very often? Please let me know if any more photos are necessary. Thank you, experts! :flowers:

1- Fake, the serial number font in the Court Bag isn't right, see the pic below for the genuine one for that style, plant and date. The second photo is of the fake for comparison.

2- genuine Allison Flap

3- genuine Legacy Zip

4- genuine Willis
Wow, you are too sharp!
I did feel the creed on the court looked a little wonky but in the past would not have noticed.
Now my eye is getting better enough to know when to question at least!
I love that you had the exact same creed/time to compare.
Thank you.

Hyacinth,
I received my vintage Rambler today and am hoping you can look at this creed and give me some idea.....I've seen some with 4 numbers in front of the dash and 3 after, and I've also seen the opposite so now I'm totally confused.
I thank you so much!

It's from the Tartan line and was probably made for the Factory Stores but I don't know the style name.

If you read the Salearea Coach guides especially the two on Creeds and on Serial Numbers, all that is explained in the Guides. And I don't see any problems with the creed.
