Vintage Willis, purchased from Body Electric Vintage (https://www.depop.com/bodyelectricshop/) on Depop. The account was deleted/suspended after the bag was shipped.

The bag measures 10 1/2” wide, 10” in height to the top of the dowel, and 3 1/2” deep at the base. The trigger snaps do not match, unsure if a portion was replaced. Serial #D5C-9927.

The Willis itself is genuine, from 1995. I can't make any judgement about the strap.

Hi Authenticators!
New to the site. I recently purchased this Coach Field Tote bag from Poshmark and need some help with authenticating. The hardware looks good but the Made in Vietnam tag on the inside seam is a little concerning as I don't see the same tag in my other Coach Field Tote bag that is in the bigger 40 version. I appreciate the help!

BUMP

Please do NOT repost your entire question and photos if you don't get a quick reply.
Use the REPLY button and just include the word BUMP in capital letters.

All the authenticators are located in the US. Your first question was posted while at least two of us were sleeping. One of our authenticators doesn't do Poshmark items and if you look at today's House Of Shame thread and the number of fakes Poshmark allows on their site and in most cases makes no effort to remove, you might understand why. Another one (me) doesn't do bags made in the last 10 or 12 years. It's also been VERY busy today, so please be patient.

HELLO-
My apologies. As my post indicated I am NEW to the site and wasn't sure if the initial post came through so I only sent the post again in case it was not received since as you indicated it was sent late last night. Since the post was sent out late, I did not expect a response at that hour nor was my resending it again an attempt to force a response from you quicker. If that was the impression that you received, that was not my intention as I only was concerned it did not go through as other responses were received. I appreciate your reply and will await a response as time permits. THANK YOU!!!

Maybe OK, BUT ... you have to understand that there's NO real way to be 100 percent sure of authenticity with SLGs (small leather goods) where the only element is a stamp and sometimes not even that. Someone with an almost accurate Coach stamp could kick those into production by the hundreds and we would have no way of knowing. Look at the red one, I can't even see a legible Coach stamp on it. There might be something that could have once been a "C" near the top of one side but there's no way we can analyze that.

Small items have been counterfeited widely for that exact reason - they're easy and cheap to make and almost impossible to authenticate. When you buy something like that you pretty much have to accept that you're taking a chance, so buy it cheap and don't depend on reselling it.

3- genuine, from 2007

If a second opinion on authenticity gives you reassurance, I'll add that I think the 2 coin purses are good too.

Although Coach made several similar styles, I believe the round one looks like style 8007:

The red one appears to be 4794.
