Thanks BB! It's a minefield out there for us coach addicts hunting for treasures! I will report.
I am one of thoes coach addicts huntig for treasures and also the person who listed the item on Mercari. I bought the same item on Mercari less than a month ago. Unfortunately I did not know about this forum at the time and thought I was purchasing an authentic bag. I have submitted a case with Mercari for my purchase, but I am curious to know what it means when you say that you mean when you say that you will report me.

ETA: Never mind. I found the listing. This is the link: https://poshmark.com/listing/Authentic-Vintage-Coach-BlackBrown-Courier-Bag-604e510d09d76044a4b34b66

It's authentic, made in the early to mid 70s. You'll notice your bag doesn't have a creed number. I suspect that the pocket style was changed between when they made your bag and when they started using numbers on creeds. I had a pre-creed version with a unattached square open pocket, so it was also a different version. Did someone tell you it was fake due to the pocket?

Your listing was reported as counterfeit and it appears to have been removed.

I purchased it. This is the link and photos. https://www.ebay.com/itm/254949745156
You're confused. I was responding to another member about another listing. Please wait for someone to authenticate your post. I think you have given us all the information we asked for.
It looks authentic. More opinions are welcome.
I agree. the bag is fine.

BTW, welcome. This site is confusing when you first start using it.

Yes, they did and she also stated this: Buckle had no Coach, but made in England - dead giveaway, sloppy stitching, no zipper etc. I have a bunch of vintage bags so I know an authentic one. (Those were her words, copied and pasted).
Do you know if there is a way that I can get an official authentification certificate for this bag?
