I'm sorry, but I must respectfully disagree. Opening NPB before giving a correct invoice is unthinkable, let alone easily forgivable, to me. I've been a power seller, selling thousands of dollars per month. It isn't rocket science, and is no excuse to ignore multiple days of multiple requests for a correct invoice.

If a seller cannot detect this, they should have someone who does not smoke inspect the items and NOT say they are from a smoke free environment. A buyer is trusting a seller to be truthful. I made it clear in my post that they did right by me, but it still took time & energy. I tried for over 2 weeks all different ways to remove the smell, then finally asked for a refund & had to find a Fed Ex to return it. ALSO, if you are a seller, don't say you don't know if your item could have been exposed to smoke in the past; come on - it either stinks or it doesn't. It's that simple to avoid a hassle.

Hi please authenticate this coach bag for me. I got it from thrift store. I think it's a willis bag.

Hi, I had a situation similar to yours when I bought two Pandora gold charms from the same seller. They were auctions with different end dates and I had previously emailed and discussed the combining of the shipping if I won both. I didn't pay for the first one, since I was waiting for the second auction to end and get a combined invoice for the seller.

Like you, I got a NPB which freaked me out since I won the charm for a fraction of it's cost so I went ahead and paid it. After I paid I contacted the seller again and asked why they had issued an NPD, they said they are automatic if you don't pay within so many days. So I paid the shipping again and the seller refunded me the cost of shipping for the second item through PayPal. They had tons of things on eBay so I guess they just got behind on their arrangements but he happily refunded so I left good FB.

I would have been really annoyed though if he had shipped through the Global Shipping Program because he would have been unable to refund me the Pitney Bowes portion of the charges. It made me very cautious after that if I was looking to buy multiple items from the same seller with different end dates.

It's a genuine Willis made in 2001.

BTW, don't spend time trying to take photos of the name stamp on the zipper. The name whether YKK or anything else has NO connection to authenticity, read the Signature under each of my posts carefully. Zippers stamped YKK don't mean, or prove, a bloody thing.

And you need to read the six Salearea Coach Guides posted at Ebay ASAP, especially the one on "Authenticity Guides"

Are the stevinky seller's keychains authentic or just put together using Coach hang tags? That's what they look like to me & I'm not certain they should be called Coach if Coach did not produce them.

ALL OF SELLER " STEVINKY " KEYCHAINS ARE FAKE.

Many of the leather hangtags such as the white one with yellow polka dots were ONLY available with ONE specific bag and color combo and were never available separately. The chains are all thin, flimsy, and cheap - take a GOOD look at the links!. The rings with the little Coach tab on them were only used by Coach on some bags from the original Poppy styles but are also found on thousands of fake bags. The dog-leash clips are NOT the kind used by Coach, and the black product cards and velvet boxes are ALL fake and have never been used by Coach. None of those exact designs and configurations have ever been made or used by Coach.

In your opinion are these reportable?

I'm not happy about the potential "parting out" of bags this new policy will cause.

That's exactly what I thought.

ABSOLUTELY. And it has NOTHING to do with Ebay's new policy. This is a TRADEMARK violation as is anything sold as a Coach using Coach's name or marks that wasn't actually made by Coach.

Even if they were made by patching a bunch of odd pieces together, the final manufacturer was NOT Coach and they can't be sold as a Coach product. Some of the leather hangtags and the clear "Coach" charms from Poppy bags may be genuine but all the chains and almost all the hardware is fake including most of the keyrings and clips. The boxes and cards are ALL fake.

Patched-together ("chop-shop") pieces whether as keychains, jewelry or whatever, can NOT be sold as "Coach" and MUST disclose in the listing that they were handmade from other items. Listings have to say something like "handmade keyfob made from genuine Coach charms" and claiming them to be "Coach" is a reportable violation of Coach's trademarks and copyrights.

Report them as "styles never made by Coach AND using non-Coach rings, chains, hardware + boxes"

fuzzymummy - A non-paying case is not opened automatically UNLESS the seller has set it up that way. I prefer to do mine manually on a case to case basis. This way buyers who have contacted me do not get a case opened automatically when they have made arrangements with me; just good business sense.
