I agree.

The two smaller Madisons look genuine, but after seeing the condition of the turnlocks I would want to see better photos showing the condition of the rest of the bags. The red one already looks like it's out of shape on the bottom, maybe from overloading.
FYI I purchased a cute little older Coach Demi Bag in great condition from Liberty Store. I would have been very happy with it EXCEPT it reeked of cigarette smoke. The auction said it came from a smoke free environment. I must say they were very professional about taking it back, even paid for return shipping. I gave them positive FB. I don't like leaving & rarely leave negative except in extreme cases.

Is it OK to sell Coach hang tags that come on Coach bags on eBay now? Just wondering.
It's fine.

Effective on May 1, ebay changed its policy to allow items that were previously covered by their "prohibited accessories" policy.

They say they'll remove listings where sellers use them as a way to "encourage illegal activity," i.e., using them to "prove" or give the appearance of authenticity of fakes.

My own editorial comment: Do they really believe a scamming seller is going to be stupid enough to suggest using them with fakes?

Well, I think that if dishonest sellers were going to put Coach hang tags on fake bags, they would have already been doing it. They'd have found a way to get the hang tags other than on eBay. But then again, this will make hang tags easier to purchase.

BTW, the one I posted above was sold in March.

I don't think this one's genuine. I see problems in the creed: spacing, the 5 & the framing around the numbers.
Please don't report that bag. Wait for other opinions but I don't believe that bag is fake.

The stamping and marks you see were typical on bags that were hand stamped with a stamping machine that had numbers that turned on a rolling mechanism. If the numbers weren't set perfectly even, the over and under score marks would happen.

I don't intend to report any bag. I'll always ask an expert as I am not one.

I have my doubts that this Coach Bean Bag is genuine. I purchase one like it awhile back on eBay & after I had the bag & the auction was ended, the listing was removed.
I think the bag is authentic. Some bags with a bean bag creed are authentic. We used to think they were all fake until the archivist at Coach said they probably forgot to change the stamping mechanism after they made the bean bags. There are also fakes that have bean bag creeds but they usually have more mistakes.

That particular charm was more than just a hang tag. Even with the old policy, ebay usually let sellers list them.

The bag in the listing looks fine. The thing you are referring to as a frame are what we call overstamping marks. For example, above a "1" you might see the bottom of a zero. When we talk about a frame, it is when you can see part of a rectangle around the numbers. Real overstamping marks may be straight or curved depending on what number is above or below on the stamp. Fake overstamping marks will all be the same, no matter which number they are next to. In this listing, the way the "5" is stamped lower is a mistake that helps proves authenticity.

I guess this would be why y'all recommend asking for authentication before bidding. Hopefully, this lesson won't be too painful. I'll post more photos when they arrive. Thanks!

HI please authenticate this coach station bag for me. I got it from thrift store. THANKS
