I have the same bag but made in December and yours I think October. It looks like the same colour as mine. Mine is not aqua and it is nice but faded...ask the authenticators if it is ocean...mine is pale...still I love it!

Good morning and happy new year! This is so interesting because the one I have is a slightly different color from the one I had authenticated. Could you post a photo of your Ocean bag? I know color is subjective but photos help a lot.

Just saw your post now. Good evening and Happy New Year to you too!!! Your seller describes it as mint green which is not. It looks very much like mine which is not really an aqua colour nor a turquoise.. a bit difficult to explain. I'm going to post photos in a bit.

Good morning dear authenticators! Request to authenticate please. Thank you!

Item: Duffel bag 9085
Where purchased or how obtained: thrift store
Comments: Dimensions are 14" height, 15" width as measured at the top zipper, 9" depth round bottom, strap is about 34" in length.

@Roro Here is the request to authenticate. The colour seems to me to be very close as seen irl. Oh! I don't see the attachments...let me try again...

Station bag purplish brown

Poshmark seller: slenderyear
Listing link: https://posh.mk/8RCViP1BHcb

comments: well, the creed isn’t very clear and a 1995 bag would have the numbers clearly visible below the within the area the seller has posted.

I just need affirmation that passing on is right.
Read the creed carefully. See the misspellings? It's fake.

It was so grainy I didn’t even try

should have been a clue as well!!

"SCRTCHES" is probably one of the Top 3 misspelled words in fake vintage "Coach" creeds. With a little practice even if the words aren't clear enough to actually read, once you know in your mind how the word is supposed to look, it's easy to see when that "A" is missing. I don't even need to enlarge the seller's photos to see it. That's the first word your eye should go to on any vintage creed. If there's no "A", it's fake. NO exceptions.

I love this straightforward approach

Hi,

I would appreciate if you could authenticate a bag that I have purchased. I have received the bag, and can add more photos if needed.

Coach Taft Bag
Listed by Chaos Closet on Mercari

Thank you!

I have trouble enlarging photos on Mercari but what I'm seeing makes me believe it is fake.
