Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Hello again! I found the Swagger 21 Heather Grey on ebay by the seller puffypufferpuffs. Here is the link to the listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/NWT-Coach-...tchel-Purse-Bag-Grey-Gray-F22719/292869495856
They only have stock photos up so I messaged the seller and received these photos of the bag, they said they also have the receipt but they have to find it so they will try to get back to me on that.
Do you believe this bag is authentic? (Images are attached)


And sorry for the double question: But I was kindly told by BeenBurned that this bag seemed off because the color of the bag looked drastically different in some pictures and the background was also different. I requested more images and the ones they posted seemed to match their last picture's background and the color of the bag is more accurate to what it should be. I am told the bag did not come with a dust bag however, but was bought from Coach's website. So I just want to double check if it's authentic because it is less expensive than the ebay listing. The images are all on the listing link.

I think the reason you were skipped is because you didn't respond to @whateve's post.

It's a retro dinky shopping bag (I'm unsure if that is the correct name but it is something like that). The style number is 9001 and it was made around 1991.

ETA: per Hyacinth, the name is correct.

Thank you so much. I've decided to pass but it looks to be a beautiful bag. The seller has never sold a handbag before so, if anyone is interested, I'd think she'd be open to offers.
