@Jacynthe
I have given up generally on telling a seller in person that a bag is fake. The bottom line is they most likely don’t want to hear it. On two occasions in a thrift shop, as I handled a bag I made a low key comment questioning the authenticity of a bag and they immediately said it was a knock off and priced as such. I thought okay, not my battle.
I have been chatting up a flea market vendor who in one conversation told me she is not happy with tPF for deeming one her listings fake and she was not willing to talk more about it. On another day I was looking through her bags, mostly siggies, beat up black vintage styles in rough shape and she pointed out a bag she wasn’t sure of, that appeared authentic to me and I told her I would buy it without hesitation. And then I pulled up an obvious fake and said, don’t list this online, you’ll get flagged.
My experience, I would mention only if the seller was open/interested. Otherwise it opens up a debate/argument. I’m not responsible for their unwillingness to learn more about fakes or lack of ethics.
ETA, some weirdness going on, I replied to Jacynthe and tagged her, but it’s not showing in my post.

Good Morning
Can you please tell me if this thrift store purchase is authentic and if so the style name and date.
It measures 7.5" open x 5.5" W

It's authentic. I don't know the name or date. It's probably from the mid 2000s.
Thank you Whateve
Much appreciated!
I didn't find a style number for that particular style but it's an agenda/planner and if you're interested, you can buy replacement calendar and address inserts.

It's hard to determine the measurements from your pictures so you'd have to figure out which size fits. I don't know whether Coach still sells these but if not, you can probably find generic ones at Staples.
