The zipper pulls AREN'T Coach. you should have listened to that warning voice inside your head. Faint and unreadable creeds are also a bad sign. The strap attachments are also completely wrong for that style.

I hope you can get your money back. I don't know the laws in NZ covering the sale of counterfeits, but they're probably similar to the US. Here in the States it's not just illegal but it's actually a felony.

Thank you Hyacinth for taking the time and sharing your knowledge. I'm in MTL but go to the states often (well last year often) as I have some family there and that's where I go to thrift stores and often find great stuff. It was 3,99$US so even with the exchange rate, it is not so bad. My daughter will likely want this and wear it as a generic bag without fake hangtag.

Yes, that is a dinky. That isn't what you purchased. It looks like the seller made a mistake. Did you contact the seller? The pocket purse is bigger and has a wider removable strap.

Do you have a link to the listing you bought? I'm seeing a dinky in her sold items, described as a dinky pocket crossbody purse, and also probably a pocket purse, described as a slim cross body classic saddlebag. What you received is an authentic pocket purse made in 1998. It is not a dinky.

It's fake. That number is a known fake number. You can see problems with the construction and the hardware.
