Could you kindly check this listing and let me know if the bag is authentic? Many thanks!

It's fine.
Please be sure to include seller ID and item number (as required by instructions at the top of the page) because if a listing has ended, sometimes a different listing will come up when you click the link.

In this case, when I click the link in @LadaZuri 's post for what should be a Willis, what comes up is a message telling me that the listing is ended (showing a Chester bag) and bringing up an active listing for a Rambler. NO WILLIS!

This is what I see when I click on the Willis link in the post:

ETA: This is the listing that should have come up, item 233647392418:

The Chester is what I authenticated. I could have sworn the link said Chester and showed the white bag before I clicked on it. It doesn't now.

I wonder if there is a glitch in the forum software.

Dear Authenticators, care to check if these are genuine? I’d like to think so but I can only hope! Thank you so much!

It's a genuine Wall Street Briefcase, style 5240 from the early 1990s

Hi! Can someone please help authenticate this bag? I bought it already but I have a window to return.

Item: Coach Compact Pouch; serial # from creed: B5B-9620
Listing number: 133351043961
Seller and site where listed: Ebay; seller is accessoryqueen13
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Vintage-NYC-Coach-Compact-Pouch-Style-No-9620-Black-Crossbody-Purse-/133351043961?_trksid=p2349526.m4383.l10137.c10&nordt=true&rt=nc&orig_cvip=true

Comments: I've attached pics of the bag from the listing, plus a picture of the creed I took myself. The serial # on the creed is B5B-9620. The seller didn't have a pic of the creed on the listing (red flag, I know), but I bought the bag anyway because it was new with tags. But when I checked the creed I saw that it was not a "Made in New York City USA" Coach bag as listed. According to the creed it appears the bag was made Feb. 1995 somewhere in the United States (not NYC). When I asked the seller how they obtained the item in the first place, they responded that they purchased it from "Bloomingdales in white plains ny". Plus the seller wrote the serial # on the listing as "No. 759-2729", which is why I thought it would be an NYC bag, but I couldn't find this # anywhere on the bag or tags :/

tl;dr Is this an authentic Coach bag simply incorrectly listed as an NYC bag? I'm mad at myself for not getting a pic of the creed before buying, but am more concerned with authenticity than it being made in NYC.

Thank you! <3

It's authentic and you're right, it was made in 1995. The seller may have copied some information off another listing.

I'm sorry but the pictures aren't adequate. I need a full clear picture of the creed that I can read. She needs to get the camera in there, prop the bag open or pull out the lining to get a better picture.

Also, I'd like to see the made in tag and the other side of the price tag with the style, UPC, etc.

You are correct whateve. It was a white Chester Canteen 9982 that you authenticated for me. As soon as I purchased it, the link changed to a different bag. I will make sure to include all the pertinent information in my request next time so there's no confusion. Many thanks!
