It;s authentic but there's no way to identify it with just the 2 pictures you posted. I haven't had a chance to check the Poshmark listing yet but if it doesn't include the following photos and information, we'll need:
photos showing ALL of the bag's pockets including the one on the back if there is one, a photo of one of the sides showing the end of the strap and how it's attached, and most importantly, the measurements of the bag.

ETA - I just looked at the listing and I still need photos of one of the sides. Also, is there a pocket on the back? It's hard to tell in that photo. And we still need measurements.

I'm not sure why, but it's not been uploading the rest of my pictures. It keeps saying they're too big for the server. Idk. They were there. Lol anyway, sorry about that. The measurements are approx 9Wx5.5H
It's not two toned, it's just still wet on the bottom.
There is only the one inside pocket. No outside pockets.

It's a genuine City Bag style 9790 made around 1987.

I'm not sure what you mean by "right". I'm seeing 070-0011.

Yes. Style numbers weren't used until 1994. Before that, the numbers were random.
