It's an authentic Fulton bag #9898 from around 1992. I think the color was called golden tan.
Just placed the order. I was a little hesitant because seller location is in Japan, I got the mustard yellow Sonoma bucket shoulder bag from her/him too. When you mentioned not seeing Sonoma in yellow, I was a little concerned. On the other hand, alrough Japan is a small country, but population is comparable with U.S. Coach probably already well into Japanese market in the 90's.
Thanks again for authenticate it and info, I never see this style before.

I've never bought from this particular seller but I've bought from other Japanese sellers without a problem. I've been amazed at how fast I get my stuff! Japanese sellers are usually pretty good about authenticity.

I bought this Coach Rogue 25 Black off from someone. Is it authentic?
Yes, it is authentic.
I don't see any problems but I'd like @houseof999 to look.
I agree, everything looks good.
Please, thank you. I've seen Coach made in Vietnam and Philippines but never seen Coach made in China
I have a Rogue 25 in a different style that's also made in the China and made in the same plant location. So yes they do make Rogues in China.

Item: Museum 4127
Seller: Dale Barnes
Link: https://www.etsy.com/listing/582226582/coach-museum-bag-manhattan-collection

Hi, ladies! I am wondering if the following bag is genuine. It's a Museum bag #4127. It's my understanding, from the posts on here that I read before asking this, that the Museum bag was made before the serial number corresponded to the style number. However, this bag has the correct style number in the serial number, but it looks genuine. ( Does that even make sense?? I hope so!) Did they continue making the style after 1994? I am familiar with the seller, and his stuff always seems legit, but compared to y'all, I'm a total noob. Lol.
As always, your help is much appreciated!!

The bag may have been introduced before the style number became part of the serial number, but production continued into 1994 when the style nimbers began to be used as part of the serial, which is when this one was made. The Salearea Guides posted here explain how to understand Coach serial numbers and I strongly recommend you use them when figuring out production dates, most other "guides" including the ones I've seen your seller use have had mistakes and misinformation regarding things like dates and Coach production details.

A Search here at tPF brings up at least one listing for fakes from that seller.

When the serial number in a genuine bag includes any letters of the alphabet that means it was made AFTER 1993.

Coach made almost ALL of their handbags in China starting in 2000 and China continued to make almost all of their production well past 2012 when Coach started eliminating the name of the manufacturing country from the creed stamp and began putting it on a small fabric tag inside the bag instead.

That is SUPER helpful and clarifies my understanding. Thank you so much! You are like an encyclopedia of Coach knowledge. It's amazing. I think you know more about their bags than they do. Lol. Again, much appreciated!
