Item: COACH Sequined Handcrafted Bag with silver leather belt
Listing number: 281649500991
Seller: joziu2005

Comments: Thank you, experts. :urock:

It seems ok to me, although I think referring to the strap as a belt is a little deceptive. It's hard to believe that anyone who sells accessories on Ebay doesn't know what that long thin thing or things on the top of a purse is called.

Thank you! I thought that was odd, too, especially since the seller sells women's clothing and accessories almost exclusively. But if it's a genuine sequin Poppy in the color I want for less than an arm and a leg, I'm happy, no matter what they call it.

Hello everyone. I have a Tradesy authentication for a change. Thanks for the help!

We usually don't recommend dealing with Tradesy since they have a poor record of dealing with fakes and fakes sellers. But this particular bag looks genuine, even though the seller has a mistake in her blog that she refers to in the listing about a bag with a K3H- prefix that she thinks is genuine.

It looks like she also plagiarized someone else's guide to fake serial numbers.

ETA: I'm blocked from that FB page. I corrected some misinformation posted there in the past and evidently, Nickydo didn't like what I said.

Hello to all,
My mother saw this bag at Goodwill and decided to contribute towards my small collection.
Once I got my hands on it, I began to have some doubts. The "leather" feels differently from my other bags. There's also inconsistency with the stitching.
Please help to authenticate.

Hi Ladies- Can you please take a look at this one? I've only seen fakes in this style, and am not sure what I should look for in an authentic bag. H isn't ever a US factory code, is it? Thanks!

It looks good. H is a valid factory code for US in the mid 90s and the authentic creeds look just like that one, with the H hanging down a little low and the dash extending from the center of the H.

Thanks for both the Tradesy info and the authentication. This is my first Tradesy buy, mostly due to price. I had no idea about the tradseying in fakes. I only started on the highly addicting hobby of collecting older Coach bags and rehabbing them. I am almost to page 500 in the original rehab thread. So much good information. Once I've gotten through the rehab threads, I'm going to read through the authentication ones. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.
