My experience differs, not as a buyer or a seller but as someone who has sent multiple emails to their admin and support teams with lists of fakes, why those items are fake, a bit of history about my experience in authenticating and links to TPF and the ebay fashion board suggesting that they not take my word for it but get other expert advice.

Not only did they not remove the fakes, not post to the boards, not post here and not remove any of the listings I reported but they allowed some to be sold to unwitting buyers.

I reported these shoes in January. ALthough it says "no longer available," they were available in mid-March.

Reported in January and sitll listed:

Reported in January and now sold to a ripped off buyer:

Reported, not removed and now sold:

I stand by my opinion that Tradesy does NOT respond to reports of fakes. They are no better IMO than Listia and iOffer.
I think their policy guaranteeing authenticity gives buyers a sense of complacency. They don't realize there are fakes so they may unwittingly be stuck with them. But for the careful buyer, who gets their purchase authenticated, it is easier to return to Tradesy than to some other venues. The buyer doesn't have to open a case and wait for a response like they do with ebay, and they don't have to pay shipping. There is no confrontation with the seller. As with any online shopping, it's buyer beware.

The seller has been discussed here at tPF on at least 2 other occasions for fake or questionable Coaches. The bag looks genuine though.

I saw about the seller, I did a search and found (s)he has listed fakes before. I may just skip this cause I really don't want to chance it.

I also see where a comment or two said 'smelled like smoke'...I quit smoking and man oh man is my nose sensitive to it. I gag at the smell now. I'm like, 'holy crap I smelled this way for 20 years?? BARF!

I get that. But I still think that when someone (who has absolutely nothing to gain from doing it) takes the time to contact them with constructive criticism and an offer of assistance, the minimum they can do is acknowledge the message if not take further steps to prevent the possible returns that can result from buyers receiving fakes.

Ugh! I'm on a mission and spending way too much time trying to figure out these sellers.

It dawned on me that cierraluv2shop might have purchased the green and yellow bags from colleenk415. Both of colleenk415's green and yellow bags were bought by the same 3065-feedback ID. (I'm guessing cierraluv2shop has a buying ID with 3,065 feedbacks.)

colleenk415
sold the bag with a best offer on March 16. for a b.o. price:

However, cierraluv2shop's listing for the same bag ended on March 21. *Scratch head* How can she buy it, pay for it and receive it and list it in time to resell it just 5 days later? Something's rotten in Denmark.

As I pointed out above, the creeds are from the same bag and more digging has further confirmed that the bags are the same one.

If cierraluv2shop was an innocent buyer/reseller, why wouldn't she want to get a refund from the seller who scammed her? And how did she get it to resell so quickly?
Could she actually be..... the same person?

Genuine, and from a highly-trusted seller
I LOVE the mannequin!!

If more sellers would do that, to show how the purse looks against the body- I bet they would have more bids. I LOVE when a seller does this and actually will pay MORE for a bag because I know exactly what I am getting and don't have to guess what it will look like!

Either same person, friend or family member. I think she bought the bag, lightened the pictures from original listing And listed it before it arrived.

I have seen sellers buy something and when they get it claim 'not as described' . Seller loses eBay claim and refunds money. New buyer will list item under their seller account or even same account. Free item..100%profit

It happened to me in 2005 when I sold on eBay. I sold clothing but I had a beautiful easter dress for a child. Had NOTHING wrong with it but I forgot to take a pic of the -what's it called, to make the dress poofy-. Buyer got dress, claims its ripped, demands refund. Opens NAD and wins. EBay never asked for pics. 3 days later, dress listed in PERFECT condition, using my photos and her own photo of the poofy stuff underneath. I notified eBay, had to actually call them, I FINALLY WON and she had to pay for dress. Took 6 weeks total.
