I've never seen this one before. I don't see anything wrong with it but I'd like to see the underside. I think it could have been made around the same time as my St. Bernard, which I think is from around 2011. It has the Coach name on the bottom. I'd like to see if this one does as well. I think it would be odd if there were no Coach markings on the elephant. More opinions welcome.

I've never seen it before either but maybe it was for the Asian market. As Whateve said, there should be a Coach logo somewhere on the underside of the elephant.

ETA - It's hard to see from those photos but all I can see are what looks like 2 small round marks on the underside. I don't think elephants have 2 navels, front and back, do they? But so far, no Coach logo.

There are a number of the little 3D keychains / fobs that do not have Coach stamped on them, the whale, the swan and the bluebird to name a few.

Good Morning. Are these Coach pillowcases authentic? Thanks URL: https://www.mercari.com/us/item/m37229703108/

I've never even heard of Coach putting their name on sheets or bedding of any kind. I'm also looking at the close-ups of the case and the stitching especially on the right edge of the stripe is awful. LOOK AT THE SECOND AND FIFTH PHOTOS. Stitching is wavy, stitches are all different lengths, IT'S A MESS!. I wouldn't have bought bedding with lousy stitching like that from KMart. I'm not a seamstress but even I could manage a straight line and even stitches with a decent sewing machine.

And no label photos? No tags? When have you seen Coach products without sewn-in Coach tags? No Made In tag or fabric content tag or washing instructions? I'm pretty sure the last 3 are required by US law.

Did you ask for photos of the tags and labels if you're the buyer?

There don't seem to be any Coach bedding images on Google either. There are other designer brand names but they're listed on one of the worst fakes-selling sites in China.

If you haven't paid, DON'T.

They make fake bedding across all the various brands. There used to be a lot of it on various online sites. Those sites that respond to reports of fakes have removed them (Ebay, Bonanza) but other sites like Mercari, Etsy, etc., don't respond to reports and the sellers know where they can get away with selling them.

Here are some examples:

ETA: About 2 years ago, this search would pull up dozens of fakes comforters, sheets, towels, etc. Now there's just one each in Coach and LV!

Exactly. I found a bunch of other brands being sold on Dhgate but I'm not going to post links to that cesspool. No Coach that I could find though.

I saw the fake Glitter Pillow on Ebay. No surprise that it's a Hong Kong seller.

image.jpg I purchased this at Goodwill and wanted to verify authenticity. I think it is a Lafayette Soho Tote Bag. I am concerned about the underlined o in the abbreviation for number is even with the serial number and the stamp outline of the entire serial number itself. Furthermore the interior bottom of the bag is stitched on the depth side of the bag but glued and coming off the bottom along the width of the bag. Dimensions are 11”L x 11”H x 5”W

I am new to this forum. I hope I followed authenticity verification instructions correctly. Thanks in advance for your expertise.
Please be patient. We are volunteers and aren't required to answer every request or act quickly.
It is authentic. The underline is correct for the plant and time period. The bottom is constructed correctly.

Good Evening,

I am considering purchasing this lovely little bag as an extra special XMAS gift for my sister in law who has turned me on to Vintage Coach.

Could you please authenticate and also let me know if the bag is from the 70's/80's as I did not think the creed patch was used before the nineties?

Item: 1970s/80s Dinky Bag
Measurements: 9 by 5.75 by 2 Inches
Site: Poshmark
Seller: fabulouso
