Hi. This is my first time asking...is this real?

https://posh.mk/bRb7dntGZW

Please be sure to include all the information listed in Post #1 of this thread, especially the seller's name. Thanks!

It's a genuine Carly Signature Patchwork Small Hobo made in 2007 according to Macy's original website page. I'm not sure why the seller is calling it a "Jessie". And it IS a small bag, going only by my memory maybe 10 or 11 x 6 inches, I hope that's what you're looking for. It might be a bit bigger but I can't find anything with the measurements.

ETA - I did find a few Completed listings showing a length of 11 inches.

Item: Parker Shoulder Bag; 13412P (made in 2008 and released in 2009)
Seller: Goodwill, $7
Description: Sand-colored leather with silver hardware and pink lining
Comments: The bag is intact but absolutely filthy, especially the interior. I was intrigued because I have never owned a pilot bag before, but I cannot see any obvious differences between this bag and the standard production model as shown in the Wayback listing below - except that ebay posts of the production model show gold lettering on the creed patch.

I am assuming that this is the sand-colored bag that was originally released in addition to black and violet.

Please share your opinion about authenticity and let me know if you spot any other pilot bag variations, thank you!

It's genuine. I'll let posters with stronger eyesight look for variations.

I can't comment on differences either but I have to say that I can't recall @katev ever coming here with a fake. You've trained your eyes well!

Thank you! I've gotten much better at spotting fakes because of all of you, but I made some mistakes when I first started shopping for pre-owned bags. And occasionally I am unsure about bags that are listed online, it helps a lot when I can see them with my own eyes and feel the materials and judge the weight of the bag.

Yesterday at the Goodwill store I saw two young girls emoting over all the bags on display. One of them picked up a plastic bag with thin, cheap hardware and exclaimed "OMG! A beautiful Chanel bag for only $10!"

I quietly told her "I think it's fake" and she looked absolutely crushed and said "Really! There are fakes?" and I felt bad for destroying her dreams - so maybe I should have let her enjoy the fantasy - at least until it fell apart.

I don't spot any differences. Does yours have an accessory ring attached on the side of the zippered pocket inside and a contrasting edge of lining along the top inside edge?

Interesting...the one I found at The Salvation army store has a cream interior...but I love it....is the leather the sparkly finish or just a tan leather.
Dont worry...just read your comments...mine has rose gold hardware and gelato leather with cream lining.

It's not a Branson. It might be a Jackson Bucket, but we can't ID it without seeing the creed (to be sure it's authentic), and the measurements.
Hi, the image I showed was a purse on eBay. I actually have a Branson bag that was authenticated by Hyacinth a couple of years ago. I have too many bags and I couldn't remember which one was a Branson so I posted a pic of one I thought was a Branson. Thanks.
