Please follow the following requests:

• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

I don't think it's been painted or shoe polished. It's typical wear and darkening from use and age. You could ask the seller if they know what products were used on it, if any.

Hi everyone! I have a bag that I need authenticated. It is a Mini Belt Bag from the Coach Leatherware days. The measurements are 5 1/2” long x 5” tall x 2” deep and the strap is 48”. I sold this bag and the customer is questioning its authticity. These are my photos. Thanks as always....

I don't see any problem with the bag, it's completely genuine. Why is she questioning it?

The style number is 9826.

Thank you! 12-24 hrs is completely reasonable. I truly appreciate what you all do. I just wasn’t sure as newer requests were being answered. Wasn’t sure if mine was accidentally missed. I will be more considerate in the future. Enjoy your weekend.

Unfortunately the serial number isn't readable and we need that and clear readable creed photos to be 100 percent sure about authenticity. It's probably a Chrystie Bag style 9892 from the early 1990s if the measurements are about 7x5x3 inches, there don't seem to be any obvious problems. If you buy it please post a photo of the serial number and link your post back to your original question or to this one. Here's a copy of the description from a 1992 catalog:
