You should call paypal and point them to the ebay case. Since she didn't bring up authenticity in the ebay claim, in fact stating that she was returning it due to the weight, Paypal should be able to see that she is only using the authenticity ruse to force a return. I don't know the ins and outs of Paypal claims, but they might make her prove the authenticity claim. Paypal won't consider tpf an expert opinion. If paypal doesn't close the case once they see what happened with her ebay return request, then, in my opinion, you should get a professional paid opinion of authenticity and present that to paypal. You should ask Paypal which authenticators' opinions they will accept.

ETA: I would also call ebay and tell them what she is trying to do through paypal. Also ask them if you can get that negative feedback removed.

Wow! As a seller herself, fashionutty-99 should be absolutely ashamed of herself.

1. She's totally WRONG about ebay's rules. ebay's money back guarantee doesn't mean that she can return a "buyer remorse" item that was accurately described and pictured.
2. There is no question that the bag is authentic (and beautiful)!
3. If fashionutty-99 would like to post any concerns regarding authenticity, she's welcome to post here.
4. For her to leave negative feedback for you (and another seller!) for not accepting returns is wrong.
5. if it's any consolation, I suspect that even if you had accepted the return, she would have negged you after learning that it would cost her $40 to return it plus she would have lost her initial shipping payment! (A bag that size going from Arizona (where she is) to Oregon would be heavy and in an oversized box.)
6. Her own listings show a return policy so SHE is required to take returns for ANY reason, but that's a policy SHE chose. But again, sellers with accurate listings are NOT required to take a return because she changed her mind.

For the record, after looking at this, I've added fashionutty-99 to my BBL.

I don't understand why someone who is a seller herself wouldn't resell that bag herself.

BTW, I'm guessing that although she quoted ebay's money back guarantee, she knew she wasn't covered by it and thus went through Paypal.

Paypal is known to be apt to require BUYERS who claim fake to obtain documentation to prove their allegations. So she should be prepared to spend money on a pro and no knowledgeable Coach expert will find the bag as fake.

Just wanted to update you both since you were so gracious to respond. I called Paypal earlier. After a few minutes of speaking with the Rep and him reviewing the information, he instantly closed the case in my favor! I don't know why the Rep I spoke to on Friday didn't do the same thing. The Rep today said it was a clear case of buyer's remorse which they don't cover.

I did respond to the negative feedback. I haven't called ebay to see if they would remove it yet but I plan to tomorrow. I seem to have better luck calling during the week and early in the day.

Thanks again to both of you for your help!!!

Your response to the feedback is absolutely perfect. It was factual, unemotional and makes her look like a nutcase, especially in light of the fact that she left a similar neg for another seller.

Hello, everyone. I bought a Coach wallet off eBay, I've only used it for a few month but it's already cracking. Did I buy a fake??
It's called Peyton Signature Slim Envelope Wallet.
Thanks in advance.

From what I see, there are no red flags.

I'd like to see the following pictures:
1. The zipper pull on both the wallet and the pouch
2. The made in tag
3. The back of the wallet
4. If the wallet was NWT, please post a picture of the tag.
5. There may also be a white tag (near the made in label) with 2 rows of numbers. Please show that too.

Please post a link to the listing and the seller ID as required per post 1, page 1.
