Thank you and be safe!

The previous authentication request for one of wantisdeals 's listings was for a different bag with a different type of creed.

This listing doesn't have enough of the right pictures for us to authenticate it.

Please read post one, page one for the pictures needed. Pay special attention to the part just above the red where it refers to bags made after 2014.
My apologies BeenBurned. I misunderstood that bullet point and thought you only needed to see the tags when the creed doesn’t have the style number. I’ve requested additional photos from the seller. I appreciate your reply.

Hello ladies! Could you please take a look at this bag?

Item: Brand new with tag Authentic Coach 1941 Rogue 30 black
Listing number: 113273061174
Seller: wantisdeals

Comments: These 1st gen Rouges are hard to find, yet this seller has 2 listed. Also, they have used these photos to sell 3 others in the past 3 months. They appear 1 other time on this thread but the authentication wasn’t completed.

The bag you've asked about doesn't have the "style number." All the Rogues (authentic and many fakes) from the timeframe of the bag you're asking about have that "RG 20315" number on the creed. That number doesn't tell us anything, isn't a style number and to date, I haven't been able to figure out what "20315" means! (RG indicates a Rogue but fake Rogues have similar creeds.)

Oh wow! I’ve just recently fallen for the Rogue design and I didn’t realize that about the creed. Thanks for taking the time to educate me. The seller promised pictures of the tags this evening.

Please help me authenticate this Coach Parker Bag. I already bought it because I didn’t think it could be faked but I’m not sure now that I got it. I noticed she’s now selling another one and has sold 8 of them. This makes me suspicious. Thank you.

I’m sorry I don’t know the names. I hope this is the proper place for this request. Thanks in advance.

Had you come here prior to purchasing, I would have recommended finding a seller who does her own work, takes her own pictures, includes enough pictures (of the actual item) to authenticate it and one who writes her own descriptions.

In cstu_us_9iuv6a2's listings, every picture appears to be stolen from another (Japanese?) website, her description is copied too and the pictures shown in her listing aren't pictures of the bag you've received.

Additionally, your 2 pictures aren't adequate to authenticate the bag you got.

Please read post 1, page 1 for what's needed as far as pictures.

As for the style being faked, YES, it is and in fact, another member posted several days ago and has never returned with the additional pictures I requested. (I do suspect her bag is fake.) Whether this post shows the identical style or not, I'm not sure but I want to give an example of how scary the possible fakes are.

I posted 34 photos. If you click on the photo there’s arrows where it lets you scroll to the left and right to see the additional photos. I apologize if that wasn’t clear. I was trying to make it convenient.

It SEEMS ok, but I can't find exactly the same bag for comparison. There's a version in suede that has the same details but the one being questioned has one extra vertical brass ring or attachment on each end between the two brass D-rings. The creed on the suede one also has gold-stamped lettering where this one's creed has the same script letters but without the gold but the serial number font is very different. They're from 2 different plants and almost a year apart in dates, which makes a direct creed comparison harder. The script details of the creed statement itself seem the same. I'm not sure if the bags are the same size either.

Here's the comp -

Based on the suede version, the style name would probably be something like "Legacy Leather (Medium?) Duffle". The Wayback isn't much help. (There's also a genuine Croc version but we're talking Russian oligarch-level prices so we can safely ignore that one).
MORE OPINIONS ARE WELCOME.

Thank you. I will take more pictures and submit it to ******************.

I'm not sure if you're referring to some authentication service or not since the name has been blocked, but we've found many MANY times that most so-called "professional" services are incapable of accurately authenticating Coach products. If you think the experts here, most of whom have been doing this on at least 2 major websites for 10, 12 or more years, are less capable of authenticating an unknown item with no other identical bags for comparison than someone at some service whose "authenticating" involves nothing more strenuous than checking to see if they can find another one with the same serial number, just say so and we can save our time and energy and give it to the members who have learned over the last 10 or twelve years of doing THOUSANDS of Coach authentications to trust our judgement, that's your decision. And your money.

If that's NOT what you're implying, my apologies.

RANT OVER.
