My friend asked me if this was authentic, I have never seen it before and because it doesn't have a serial# I'm a bit nervous to say it's real, I know the newer bags don't have numbers. I don't know the style it is. I appreciate any help.

I'm sorry but the bag is fake. (The paperwork with it is fake too.)

The charm might be okay.

Good morning, authenticators. If we were in person, I'd be brining cupcakes as a thank you.

Item: Coach duffle sac
Seller: lucia10003
Item: 223110330344
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-COACH-Black-LARGE-BUCKET-DUFFLE-FEED-SAC-HANDBAG/223110330344

The seller has also sent me a photo of the Creed which I'm sure you won't be able to see. I cannot expand it. The creed says the bag was made in New York City, U.S.A.
The number is: 431-0727

I am well aware that you need that photo to confidently authenticate. I was wondering if there is anything blatantly wrong with the serial number. I realize it's probably just a production number--pre actual style numbers. If I decide to take a chance I will send my own photos.

Nothing blatantly wrong and it's probably okay.

If you buy and receive it, come back with a picture of the creed to confirm. (I'd be okay buying it, if that's a comfort.)

Hello all. I appreciate that this resource is here.

A family member passed on to me a large chunk of their decades of Coach collecting with the vague caveat that 'some might be fakes.' Unfortunately most of them are smaller accessories without the creed. I'd really appreciate any help anyone can offer in identifying whether these are authentic or fakes.

Here are the photos, grouped by item:

We STRONGLY recommend that Coach items being bought through Poshmark be authenticated BEFORE buying, since PM not only has no effective procedure in place to remove reported fakes, but often refuses to refund the purchase price of a fake item even when presented with irrefutable evidence that the item is counterfeit.

The Carly in the second listing is probably ok but I'd like to see a straight-on photo of the turnlock and other hardware from one of the narrow ends of the bag. Carlys were one of the most highly faked Coach styles and should never be bought without being authenticated first.

UPDATE: 27August:
COMMENT: The seller has just provided the additional photos requested above for the second Carly bag from listing of 13August. The original link with the additional photos is below. Thank you for completing this authentication for me.

I think they are all probably authentic. I wonder which ones they thought were fake. There are a few I don't recognize, such as #13. On #16, I'd like to see the bottom. Is there a Coach stamp anywhere other than the hangtag? I'm cautious with this one because we've seen many fakes, but yours has the correct hardware and the fakes usually don't. I don't have #19 in my files but the creed looks good. Next time, separate them out into no more than 5 items at once.

I agree that all look good.

Since @whateve mentioned #13, I'll comment.

It's some type of cosmetic case and the style is either 8377 or 8398. (I don't know the dimensions but these are the two styles below)
