Please follow the following requests:

• Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Front of item
• Back of item
• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

There should be a small white tag/label inside, probably buried inside the zippered pocket. You might have to turn the pocket inside out to find it.

They told me it doesn't have a tag :/

I have a coach bag that I want to sell. However I am unsure if it is authentic. I bought it at a T.J. Maxx a few years ago. I have looked at coach images online but cannot find the bag.

For a couple of years, beginning sometime in 2014, Coach began removing serial numbers from creeds and put that information on a small white tag that is WELL-HIDDEN somewhere in the bag. I'm not referring to the "made in" tag. Usually the white label is buried deep inside the zipper or open pocket, sometimes requiring the pocket to be turned inside out to find and photograph it.

You really have to dig to find it, often missing it the first time!

The label I'm requesting looks like this. (Labels can vary as can location, thus several samples):

I know what you're referring to but the seller can't seem to find it. If everything else looks ok, would it be ok according to the rules of this forum for me to get it and post the serial number myself? Thanks

I don't see anything about the bag indicating that it's not authentic. It looks good to me.

Where did you get it? Was it in an online listing?

I'm not questioning you about the existence or lack of the tag but others who've posted have come back after saying they felt around some more and located it buried inside the pocket. It may or may not be on the style of your bag but other details look good.
