AFAIK, 37700 is a MFF bag. The bag in the listing looks fine.

Lexy (and Lexi) seem to be completely different styles with different details than Edie. All 3 styles are MFF.
This listing below is the retail's version of the bag. I remember this one is an old style, that's why I was confused as the serial number is exactly the same, the difference is just the "F" code and the hangtag. The retail's is metal hangtag while the MFF's is leather hangtag

Thanks for the help, BeenBurned!

Interesting. It looks like the bag was originally made for the boutique in 2015 (based on the listing you show) but it was remade to be sold at outlets in 2017.

Hi authenticators

Could someone authenticate this? I'm hoping to get it for my mom to match her new bag. Do you know if these ever came with nickel hardware instead of brass? Thanks!

Item: Coach city bag key pouch 7105
Seller: eBay, usmichigann
Listing no: 222966266847
Link: https://m.ebay.com/itm/Coach-Vintag...266847?hash=item33e9d33bdf:g:byMAAOSwM99auERC
Comment: key ring seems a different color than the other hardware. Could it be from wear or that it's not original?

It looks good. The keyring looks more gold in the second picture. I think it is just washed out from the flash in the first picture. They did make some with nickel hardware, but I don't recall ever seeing black with nickel. I think the only one I've seen is a dark purple.

I believe that Coach made (at least) some of the 7105 items with silver key rings and brass hardware. I had one that had mixed colors also and I don't believe it was switched out.

I recently purchased a few purses from a subdivision yard sale and wanted to post them here to see if anyone can help me authenticate them. I'll post the pictures of the 2 purses in separate replies. Let me know if these are real Coach purses or not.33207129_1948960705122574_4819307430460522496_n.jpg 33306831_1948960725122572_1189757441944846336_n.jpg 33363956_1948960661789245_6021406598369378304_n.jpg 33374733_1948960751789236_8305939577588154368_n.jpg 33427258_1948960771789234_8340925066921377792_n.jpg 33540605_1948960798455898_2737406623105417216_n.jpg 33599503_1948960671789244_7368600803898032128_n.jpg 33663719_1948960821789229_771411272078983168_n.jpg

Sorry but both are fake.

Then in the trash they go! Can you tell me how you could tell so I can know what to look for in the future? I see these all the time at yard sales and I want to know what to look for before I lose any money.
While I understand that yard sale sellers are a little different from online sellers (including those who sell "from their closets") but the fact (and law) remains that it's illegal to sell fakes anywhere.

Before disposing of them, it wouldn't hurt to approach the seller (if convenient) and explain the law and that you'd like to return them for a refund. You may not be successful but it won't hurt to try. You have nothing to lose.
